Excellent Service
Mr. Trudell and his office staff are top notch, A+. My business law firm referred him when I was in a vehicle accident, and I’m extremely satisfied with how the process was handled. No accident case plays out perfectly, but his office maximized my interest at every turn. Highly recommended, and would work with them again any time! Thanks Pat, Barbara, and Rachel.

Highly recommend Pat Trudell.
I met with Pat Trudell through a recommendation from a friend. Pat listened to me, returned my calls promptly, explained the process and became a trusted partner in my accident ordeal. He kept me informed of every step. Also, all the people in his office are very courteous and professional. The final outcome was very good. I can’t say enough about how I was treated and highly recommend Pat Trudell.

Pat Trudell represented me in a personel injury case and did a 100% excellent job. He told me early on what the procedure and probable outcome would be and he was totally correct on both accounts. I highly recommend Pat Trudell and I would use him again in a heartbeat. Class man. Knows his stuff.

Excellent Service!
Pat Trudell was referred to me by a mutual friend over 3 years ago for an auto accident claim. Throughout the past three years he has been more than helpful. His team is always available for questions or concerns and I honestly felt they were always looking out for my best interest. Pat understood my feelings on the case and took time to get to know me so that he could better understand how to proceed with my defense. He was always positive but realistic and I always appreciated and respected his opinion and advise. I would highly recommend Pat Trudell.

Fabulous attorney Pat
I have known Pat Trudell for over 20 years and have had him represent me on more than one occasion. He is a rare find because he is honest and has a very high degree of integrity. He is also very fair with his fee structure and always takes each case to heart. I would highly recommend him to anyone needing an attorney in his field of specialty.

Pat Trudell has no downside
Pat won my case with an award that was double what I would have settled for out of court. He is amazing in the courtroom. The jury listens to Pat, he doesn't waste their time. Pat is professional, smart and personable. You will enjoy watching Pat win your case.

Exactly the lawyer I needed
When my 92 year old mother was hit by a car in the parking lot of her retirement home, I was stunned. As a long-distance caregiver I needed extra help in figuring out what to do. After I met with Pat I felt certain I had found the person who could help me navigate the entire mess. I was right. Pat spent time understanding exactly what had happened, met with my mother (who has dementia), worked with me to keep things moving, and explored all the legal aspects. He was personally available to me as we went forward, and helped me balance what the dollar outcome might be with the stress, time and costs involved in various options. His office also took over all the bill payment and negotiations with hospitals, medical providers and Medicare, saving me hours of time and frustration. Ultimately my mother was compensated for her injury with very little conflict and difficulty. It was a tremendous relief to me to have an attorney who was competent, patient, committed to our case and ethical. I would turn to Pat for legal advice in any situation, and as a personal injury lawyer he can’t be beat.

High Integrity
I worked with Pat during a very stressful time in my life and his integrity, knowledge and dependability were key in resolving my court case. We set the objective early in the case and several months later the objective was met. I have nothing but gratitude and respect for Pat's demeanor and professionalism.

Was too busy to help....
Handled a case for me 10 years ago and did very well. This last case was handled very poorly. No communication. Did not believe in the validity of the case. Would not pursue avenues that gave my case credibility. Always seemed to be too busy on other issues.

Patrick Trudell Dropped me for Not Answering His Correspondence
In 2010 I suffered a head injury which caused a concussion syndrome affecting my reading comprehension, sight and hearing and causing seizures and a number of other health problems. First, Trudel insisted I read a long article/book he wrote called The Zen of Brain Injury, or something like that. I couldn't read the instructions on prescription bottles, let alone a boring article he wrote about surviving brain trauma. First, he had me sign a paper and submit it to my health insurance company stating I had been in a car accident and was being represented in a lawsuit. This resulted in the company refusing to cover any of my medical treatment and I had to rely on the car insurance company of the driver of the car in the accident to cover my treatment, yeah good luck. Never sign this form, you will end up having to file for bankruptcy. He called me "stupid" for telling my physician that the medication she gave me for pain led to a subsequent fender bender. After several months, he dropped me for not signing a paper he mailed to me. I got an envelope, but I did not understand what it was. I then had to deal with the driver's insurance company to get a tiny settlement for a major car accident leading to permanent disability. I couldn't fill out the paperwork I needed to complete the lawsuit he started. This guy is really, really bad news, you are forewarned. I hope people see this before signing any papers for Patrick Trudel to represent you. I have a word to describe this "man" but it is not printable.

Response from Patrick Trudell February 11, 2020
We're sorry Kathy had a bad experience with our firm. We strive to exceed our client's expectations in every case. Her case was made more problematic because she resided in another state. This made regular communication difficult.

Poor advice, poor performance
Patrick Trudell advised me to take my mother's wrongful death case to court rather than accept a settlement. He then refused to cross examine the driver who killed her on major inconsistencies between their earlier deposition and their testimony in court. As a result, the jury came to see the driver as the victim, and my dead mother at fault, in spite of the fact that she was run down in broad daylight. I rate both Trudell's advice and performance very poor.

"I endorse Pat Trudell's work. Pat is a professional who not only possesses expertise in personal injury but he also posseses a trait found in so few. He is a compassionate attorney who truly cares about his clients and the rights of injured persons. He approaches each case with passion, skill, and dedication. His success is due, in my opinion, to the fact that he treats every client as an individual and not merely as a case or file number. Most importantly, he will provide an honest assessment of a case and works hard to ensure that his clients get the very best representation. I have had the opportunity to be opposing counsel against him and to work together with him on cases. I have the highest amount of respect for him as an attorney and as a person."
