Great advice

Can't Pass on this Lawyer

WOW! Where do I begin with Mr. Lingenbrink... We were in this crazy situation with our previous lawyer who literally turned out to be a psycho out to grab our money!! Mr. Lingenbrink took my parent's case and my case without any hesitation. Even after knowing that our accident cases were ready for settlement, and when we found out that our previous lawyer was a nutcase. Steve has honestly proven himself as a dedicated, honest, trustworthy, calm and hardworking attorney. Even with the extreme number of challenges that he faced with not just us bringing our cases to him, so far into the process, but then dealing with getting our files from the other lawyer. Not once have we had to worry about what decision Steve will make or whether or not we will get responses from his team at the office. Its like this: you have a question, you call the office. If you get the assistant right away, great, and if not leave a message or email. You have the response within the first hour. Its the best thing ever! Please do not hesitate to recommend Mr. Steve Lingenbrink to your family, friends, co-workers or even someone you met yesterday. He currently serves as the Rotary International Zone 27 Rotary Coordinator, the faculty of Governor Training Seminars and was a Training Leader at International Assembly 2017-18 and honored to be chosen as the Rotary International President’s Representative 2018 and 2019.

Professionally both Chris and Steve graduated from the Gerry Spence Trial Lawyers College and continue to update their trial skills through Trial Lawyer College extended courses and work groups. Additionally Steve was named the Plaintiff Trial Lawyer of the Year by WDTL in 2012.

Excellent Experience

I have used Steve's firm on 3 different personal injury claims for 3 separate auto accidents. Steve and his team are extremely professional and compassionate. The best attorney for a personal injury case.

Steve is an intuitive, outstanding, and warm-hearted attorney who you must be wanting to work with for your case. I was introduced to Steve through one of the attorneys from the law firm that I was working as an assistant. The noticeable thing is that our law firm is the defense law firm. Later, I found that Steve is widely-known and highly respected as a gentleman but the tough bullet that most defense attorneys in Seattle and the east side want to avoid for their case. True to his reputation, Steve carefully and thoroughly prepared for my case which was too complicate and hard to prove the liability of the defendant for my injuries. As a matter of fact, my case was dropped out by another attorney before Steve and left in question if I could even get compensated for my medical expenses. However, his professional scrutiny turned it into a case that I was eligible for $4,000 of compensation whereas my ex-boyfriend got only $1,600 as a driver. His penetrative tactics for a greater strategy are remarkable and I can say this as a person who worked for the legal sector. Now I understand why defense attorneys don't want to confront Steve on the legal battlefield!

simply the best

I was rear ended for the 3rd time (sitting at stop lights, this ain't Russia) in Nov 2001, which eventually led to neck fusion surgery. Searching around for the best lawyers led me to Steve and I was immediately at ease by the way everything was handled. He's professional in the way that only knowledge gained via experience can provide. He's personable in that he obviously cares about your well being, there's no clientele assembly line here. Likewise his team is top notch. Tracey and Heather are also both experienced and really on the ball, keeping track of all that insurance co and health provider nonsense - while also staying in touch - so you can focus on your recovery. Then in May 2019 again with the rear endings, this one my 5th. Also, again with the neck surgeries. I did not hesitate to go back to Steve and once again he and his team delivered. I am happy to refer him to anyone (go ahead and do your homework, you'll find his ratings haven't changed). --Steve S

Calmed my nerves

When I went to Steve, I had met him through work so called him right away after my accident, but didn't entirely know what to expect or how the case would go. Steve and his staff made me feel so comfortable with the process. When my case did have to go through litigation, I felt prepared and like I had a real advocate in my corner. He calmed my nerves during my deposition and mediation and you could tell that he was respected by the mediator and even the defense counsel! So glad he was in my corner!

Very professional

I was rear ended and didn't think I needed an attorney but I'm glad I talked to Steve Lingenbrink. From the very first meeting, he was very knowledgeable, professional and down to earth. I knew that he could handle whatever came up in my case and boy am I glad I hired him. He and his staff did a great job in getting things done all the way to the settlement check. Which I am pleased with. Hopefully I will never have to hire Steve again but accidents happen and I will use him again if the need arises. Every time I hear somebody has been in an accident, I always tell them to call Steve.

Thankful

This law firm made a horrific situation a lot less uncomfortable and always helped me understand all of the good and bad sides of everything that was being discussed. After my auto injury I really did not know how to deal with the insurance company. Thankfully my brother suggested I needed a personal injury attorney to represent me. Helpful, informative, and comforting

Expectations exceeded

After being injured by a motorist, I tried to navigate the maze of insurance claims myself. It was very frustrating. Two years after the accident I retained Steve to sort through everything. Within six months my claim was settled and I received monetary compensation from both my insurer and the driver's, which I had not expected. Steve and his staff were professional, prompt, compassionate and very easy to work with. I would highly recommend working with Steve if you have a personal injury claim.

We have great appreciation for Steve. Ours, was a long drawn out case. Steve never gave up, he continued to work hard, even after several years. Because the case was complicated and nearly unprecedented, there was an unusual amount of work to do. But he was not deterred. he continued to give us options. When my wife needed extra medical help, he found just the right people to help her. I believe we would have found it difficult to walk through this with anyone else.
