We hired him 4 months ago. In these 4 months, the lawyer was constantly delaying (he did not provide any deadlines upfront), answering emails after a week, and his paralegals were constantly sending us contract drafts with rough legal mistakes. We agreed on divorce terms and were ready just to sign e...verything and file papers with the court. And after 4 months of extremely sluggish work we still don't even have an estimate, then the paperwork will be ready. We finally forced him to provide us final version of the contract, and signed it. But now, instead of filing papers with the court, the lawyer sent her an email with a demand to pay an additional $2.5k in fees just to move forward.

This is the second time I tried an uncontested divorce and it went much much better. The first time was through an online "fill in the blank" site that was useless. This firm provides great directions along the way to try to prevent it from becoming contested. I had to give in a little which is fine ...so I could get it over with. If it did I had options to try to settle it. Bo is honest about the process and all fees, and tells you exactly what to do. There are NO surprise charges or fees. All in all I'd use this firm again, as he did his job admirably.

Mr. Weintraub was my lawyer for a modification of child-support gate. I think he did a really good job of figuring out my former spouses actual income versus what was reported and even corrected Washington State’s calculations. He looked at his finances and tax returns and I think his tax background... helped a lot which is one reason I hired him. Other lawyers I consulted didn’t point them out. He has a very helpful staff and was less cost than many others quoted, so I’m very happy with his overall work.

My ex hired a hostile and underhanded lawyer who served me with paperwork full of lies and distortions about my income and parenting. I hired Mr. Weintraub and am very happy I did so because he handled the child support and parenting matters very effectively. His experience was very valuable and the ...case settled much sooner than I expected.
