Elizabeth has done some amazing work for me as my lawyer. She has gone above and beyond what any average lawyer would do. Thanks to her we have won a custody battle that has taken a year to get anywhere. I recommend her to everyone I know. She has worked hours on end during the week and on weekends non stop to make sure that we can do everything possible for my son to have the best life he can have
In just the one hour initial consultation I had with Elizabeth she captured everything that was important to me in terms of my desires and goals. She never lost sight of my personal needs through the entire process. Good faith mediation was important to my ex, as was keeping costs under control. Elizabeth charted a course that allowed for exactly that. In the end I have good relations with my ex, a thoughtful parenting plan, and I have my beautiful kids half time in my own home.
I would not hesitate to recommend Elizabeth in the strongest of terms!

EXCEPTIONAL DIVORCE AND FAMILY LAW REPRESENTATION. I WILL HELP YOU GET RESULTS.EXCEPTIONAL DIVORCE AND FAMILY LAW REPRESENTATION. I WILL HELP YOU GET RESULTS.EXCEPTIONAL DIVORCE AND FAMILY LAW REPRESENTATION. I WILL HELP YOU GET RESULTS.
I devote my practice entirely to family law, with a focus on complex parenting cases. These types of cases are my focus because I enjoy helping parents get through the difficult and stressful process of a divorce or custody proceeding feeling informed and empowered. I believe that my role as an attorney is not only to help the client understand the law and how it will impact their life, but also to provide a sense of security, predictability, and even comfort throughout their case.
In addition to complex parenting cases, I handle all types of family law cases from the straightforward to the complex.
I am currently serving as the mentor for the King County Bar Association Family Law Mentor program. I provide training, support, and advice to a group of attorneys who are new to family law, and who have volunteered to provide direct representation to low-income persons involved in a family law matter where a child is at risk. Many of these clients are victims of domestic violence.
I am committed to being a resource not only to my clients, but to the community at large, particularly in the areas of domestic violence advocacy and the welfare of children.
