BEST DECISION I EVER MADE!

I highly recommend Jason Gaber. My divorce/custody battle started four years ago with a different firm before I began working with Jason. When I first filed for divorce/child custody, I made the mistake of hiring an attorney from a large law firm. I ended up feeling let down by that la...wyer, who lacked depth—a realization that didn’t dawn on me until much later. This mistake caused me significant financial loss for a variety of reasons. Fast forward a few years, my ex relocated to another state, which was adequate cause to modify our parenting plan. Additionally, I had to relitigate the issue of asset distribution after discovering that my ex had concealed certain assets. Fortunately, Jason took on my case. The knowledge and skills that he brought to the table made a world of difference compared to my previous attorney. He was instantly involved and incredibly informative. With decades of experience and a relentless commitment to achieving the best outcome while prioritizing my child's welfare, he expertly handled my case with remarkable efficiency. This was crucial for maintaining costs. Jason never suggested wasting the Court's time with frivolous petitions; instead, he focused on my case and guided me towards the most effective strategy for success. When my ex and his attorney brought forth baseless petitions, Jason was masterful at being able to present truth to the Court. Jason’s thorough presentation of materials before mediation was so compelling that it persuaded my ex to settle our assets and agree to a modified parenting plan, effectively avoiding a trial at all costs. You would be quite lucky if Jason agrees to take you on as a client. His vast experience in King County over several decades is incredibly valuable, giving him significant familiarity with colleagues, judges, and arbitrators. I wish I had done more research and found Jason sooner.

Feel very lucky to have Jason as my divorce attorney

During the difficult times of my life, Jason proved to be an invaluable support. His genuine care and empathy made a significant difference for me when I was going through a divorce. His professionalism and timely communication helped me to navigate the proceeding with some degree of optimism which i...s very rare in this type of business... I am very grateful for his service. I highly recommend him as a divorce attorney. I want to emphasize his qualities as a divorce attorney that helped me to navigate through the divorce process and eventually get a favorable outcome. Understanding and empathy. He always sounded upbeat and very sincere, which allowed me to stay positive and hopeful. Timely Communication. I believe that timely communication is the most important in the divorce proceeding. After a discussion of important points (by phone or by email), Jason usually sums up the important points and sends follow-up emails to make sure we are on the same page and also the information is correct. His communication is very timely and straight to the point. Background and Experience. Knowing the court system of a particular jurisdiction is an important advantage. Jason has worked in King County for more than 20 years, he is familiar with the surroundings and with other players, including arbitrators and judges. Mediation was always an option and we made attempts to get a resolution before going to arbitration. The choice of the mediator or arbitrator is one of the factors that helps with the favorable outcome. Professionalism and Honesty. In addition, being very professional, he works for the benefit of his clients even if it can put him at a disadvantage. Jason would try to help you with a resolution to avoid going to trial or arbitration. He always is very direct in discussing your options and probabilities of what to expect from the opposing party or what to expect based on his experience working with a particular judge or arbitrator. Divorce is a difficult time in anyone’s life. And to go through that time psychologically and financially, it is better to get prepared, and to know yourself and your financial situation. A good divorce lawyer can help you, but you need to be straightforward and honest with your attorney and you need to know your numbers. If you don’t know your finances, the attorney may hire someone who will cost you money. I did not need another helper and worked with Jason directly which was faster and cheaper also if there was some misunderstanding he would provide feedback right away and I did the same.

Honest and direct. Highly Recommended

After interviewing a number of lawyers for my divorce I chose Jason for his directness and honesty about the situation. Throughout the divorce process, the opposing attorneys tried to introduce external issues irrelevant to the divorce in an effort to prejudice the court against me. Jason made s...ure only relevant issues were considered, and we came out ahead every time Jason worked hard to get an equitable settlement, working with the mediator to toss out ridiculous requests from the opposing party, and come to a reasonable agreement. I always felt Jason had my best interests in every discussion with the opposition, and set my expectations appropriately even if the outcome might not be favorable to me. Thank you Jason!

Hire Jason - You will not regret it!!

If you need a Family Law Attorney – CALL JASON. Trust me, you will not regret it. I had a consultation with him this afternoon concerning a child support issue, and I cannot praise his knowledge, candor, and expertise enough. He is also surprisingly humorous and easy to talk to. As someone who has ha...d numerous consults with other Attorney’s leading up to speaking with Jason, I can attest to the fact that he is an incredibly rare find. Although through our consultation I discovered that it will likely be a couple of years before I need an Attorney, you better believe that he will be my first phone call when that day comes.

Reliable, Honest, Dedicated 

Jason is a knowledgeable family law attorney. He was very responsive and easy to work with through out my divorce process. He's humble and straight forward so you always know what you're dealing with. My ex wife didn't make things easy but Jason always looked for ways to protect my rights and assents....
