Athena Boyer is an amazing attorney. My family has worked with her for the past three years regarding an automobile accident in Seattle. One year after the accident we moved to Florida, and even though Athena is not familiar with Florida's procedures, she fought hard to make sure all our medical bill...s were paid and that we received compensation for our time and energy lost. For example, one office here in Florida had me going in circles seeing many different providers within their medical group. Athina was watching my accounts from Seattle and noticed I was getting close to exhausting my PIP, she told me to use my regular health insurance. I informed the medical group, they took a copy of my insurance card and continued not to bill me for my co-pays. When I asked why I was not paying my co-pays they told me this is how they handle cases in Florida and everything will be ok. When it came time to settle I had an outrageous unpaid debt they sent to Athena. There are many times she helped me when I was not being heard, like when she fought with my insurance company for reimbursement on my car rental.
