Alicia represented my family in a personal injury case as a result of a car accident. She was responsive, thorough, diligent and knowledgeable. What struck me most was her genuine care for our well being. This was reflected in her decision making and guidance throughout the case. She had our best interests at the forefront which often meant more work on her part. She was honest and forthright which was the foundation for quickly establishing a trusting partnership. She kept us informed every step of the way. She took the stress out of the situation because we felt we were in good hands. The positive results of the case completely represented her character and hard work. She was excellent to work with. I would highly recommend her.

High Integrity
I've had the pleasure of working with Alicia on two cases and can't say enough about her professionalism, excellent communication skills (e.g., quick response to inquiries, clear and thoughtful in both verbal and written correspondence) and attention to detail. Most importantly, Alicia is a woman of her word; I could always rely on her to do exactly what she said she was going to do. She even took the time to meet with me and provide support before a stressful physical exam mandated by my insurance company. I'm grateful to Alicia for her conscientious, intelligent assessments during each stage of the process and kind, comforting words when I was experiencing major anxiety. I would highly recommend Alicia to friends and family members.

Personalized Representation
I have worked with Alicia on two occasions and she has not disappointed in responsiveness and in her attention to the most minute and personally affecting details of each of my cases. She took into account my specific needs and always took the time to assure and even comfort me during times of extreme anxiety on my part. I especially appreciate when Alicia took the time to refer me to trusted and effective representation other than herself. It was a field of law that was not a particular specialty of Alicia's and she wanted me to have an experienced and most knowledgeable representation, even if it wasn't her. I recommend Alicia to all of my friends and they have also had positive experiences working with Alicia.

Highly recommended!
Alicia has been my attourney for almost three years. She has been wonderful. I feel that she goes above and beyond to make sure that her clients feel comfortable. She makes sure that her clients voices are heard. When I wasn't strong enough to handle my accident myself, Alicia picked up the slack and has been handling my case since then. I highly recommend Alicia Kikuchi. I feel that she is the best out there. Not only did get a great attourney, but I ended up with a friend as well.

I would give 0 star if that's possible.
I paid 5000 dollars to Alicia Kukuchi law firm to hire Soojee Kim.
Soojee Kim had been working on my case and one day I had a question to ask so I emailed her.
No replies. I called Soojee directly and no answer. I left several messages and no call backs.
I called Alicia Kikuchi directly and no answers or no call backs.
I had been trying to contact them for 2 weeks and nothing.
I went to their Seattle office on the 1st Ave and the people in that office told me that Alicia Kikuchi and Soojee moved their office to Shoreline.
I went to Shoreline office and Alicia Kikuchi comes out.
She said she was sorry.
I asked Alicia where Soojee was and Alicia told me Soojee went to Korea for a family business for 3 weeks.
These days we have smart phones, laptops and there are internet everywhere and apprently Soojee Kim had no way of checking her emails.
I told Alicia to give my money back and she only gave me 2500 dollars back.
If you want to hire unresponsive, not professional, scam artists attorney.
Alicia Kikuchi and Soojee Kim are the one.

Response from Alicia KikuchiMay 8, 2014
I do apologize because I want to have happy clients. I was caught up in other projects when you called, but I should have returned your calls earlier, and I take full responsibility for not doing so promptly. When you came to the office, we discussed what was going on with your case. You asked for your money back, which I provided before you left. I also provided an invoice, which outlined the legal work we performed to date and reflected your current balance. If you have any questions about the invoice, I would be happy to discuss it with you directly. While I understand communication is extremely important between an attorney and client, and I take responsibility for not getting back to you immediately, calling us scam artists is unfair. I will email you about the invoice. - Alicia

"Alicia Kikuchi is a dear friend and a fellow Plaintiff's attorney. I've seen her trial work, as well as her pre-trial work, and know her to be one of the few attorneys I would gladly turn a client over to. She's extremely competent and does not give in to insurance companies. She is one of the few people I would like to one day partner with in my own practice. I whole-heartedly endorse Alicia."
