After facing termination from a long tenured career with a large company, I was simply confused and unsure of where to turn. I knew that my termination was unwarranted but did not know how to proceed from a legal standpoint. After my consultation with Joe, I felt at ease and knew that he would be the right person to collect the facts and develop a strategy that would help me through an otherwise painful transition. I could tell immediately that his experience would prove to be the key factor in vindicating the wrongdoing I had experienced.
Joe is a master communicator who is extremely thorough and patient in explaining all of the options available and was highly competent in developing a strategy and execution plan that provided the maximum benefit in my case.
I can also attest to his warm and engaging character. His client's best interests are always top priority and I could not have been happier with his representation!

Told me exactly what he felt the outcome would be and is very upfront no BS honest.
I like a person who promises and can't deliver.
I really valued his advice to not pursue my defamation of character suit against the Kirkland Reporter newspaper the slim balls that they are.

Greetings. I had the good fortune of be referred to Tiffany and Joe at MacDonald Hoague & Bayless for a compensation related issue I needed assistance with in order to get resolved. From the first consultative meeting I found Tiffany and Joe to both be great listeners and even better at being curious enough to ensure they both had a complete understanding of the facts that generated my claim. My case took a little over 18 months to resolve with many aggressive and unexpected turns from my perspective but with their counsel and updates I understood these moves were more simply legal posturing efforts perpetrated as a normal course of this type of procedure. Their research, level of evidence review, and true understanding of the specifics of my complex compensation model allowed me to move forward with this case with the highest level of confidence that my attorneys understood my issues as well if not better than I did! Additionally, with a clear understanding of my case Tiffany and Joe were able to very clearly articulate back to me describing the legal issues, arguments, requirements and then implications of our claim. I hope to never be in the position of needing this type of legal assistance again, but I can say without a shadow of a doubt I would not hesitate to refer and or return to their services as they were and are exceptional at their craft. I would be remiss if I didn’t add that the legal articulation of the arguments of my case jumped off the page in clear and precise ways with every document from them this non-legal mind read. I understood they needed to address the legal case law, but along with that it was crystal clear in every document filed, submitted, provided that my legal team knew exactly what the issues were and why I needed to be compensated for this wrong. If you are reading this review, you are likely looking for the right attorney to support your needs; stop now and reach out to Tiffany and Joe…you will be so glad you did! With much appreciation, Rob
