Handled my brother's case with genuine care

My brother was in an accident that caused a man's death. He was stuck in county jail and we worked hard to get him an attorney that wouldn't judge him and would treat him like a human. Adrian delivered! My mother trusted Adrian with her son's life and he was able to get him a deal when the DA wanted to throw away the key. Adrian dealt with my calls and emails when I was frantic. As a partner in Victory Legal Services, PLLC, I focus on defending people who face criminal charges. I have developed particular knowledge and training regarding DUI charges, which I use to assist my clients. I also work extensively in defending against domestic violence allegations, and in defending felony drug and property crimes. Regardless of the charge, I advocate for my clients through every step of the court process.

In addition to my work defending against criminal charges, I also assist clients in vacating and expunging old criminal convictions, sealing juvenile offender records, and restoring firearm rights. Helping people get a fresh start with a clean slate is a very rewarding part of my job.

All in all, it is an incredible feeling to come to work everyday knowing that I can help people through some of the toughest times in their lives.

A Good Outcome

Adrian looked after my and my case well for the several months it took for the charge to finally be dismissed. I would certainly retain him again if I should ever need an attorney.

Will be by your side

Right from the beginning I felt like I was in the right hands. I expressed my concerns and kept me constantly updated and was a phone call away. My charges ended up getting thrown out because of his hard work. Even 3 years later I had a question about the case and he was there to explain things to me further. Outstanding Representation

Juvenile Court

We hired Mr. Madrone to represent my 15 year old son CCJ for a criminal case that occurred when my son was 12 years old. Mr. Madrone was very welcoming and confident with our needs. As the case progressed though the juvenile court Mr. Madrone was compassionate and sensitive to my son’s situation and was very patient with me and my wife as we were frustrated with the courts. Adrian got my son a second chance to be the person he was raised to be!

My son (like many college students), realized the hard way that being free of his parents restrictions, and the added influences of his peers a little to much to manage..........and one night found himself in legal trouble. He was charged with shoplifting alcohol and minor in possession, along with a couple of lessor offenses. Well, coming from a mother's point of view Adrian performed a miracle of sorts by getting my son back his life after a night of very bad choices!! At the end of the day my son was charged with MIP, his sentence was community service and alcohol classes. And as long as he has no reoccurring incidents within the next 24 months his record will be free and clear. I couldn't be more appreciative! The kid that committed that crime, was NOT the boy we raised, and to see him be able to right this wrong without having it haunt him the rest of his life is something I will forever be grateful to Adrian for. I would never hesitate to put your legal issues into his hands. Thank you Adrian for all your help.

Canadian charged with DWLS 3rd degree

I'm a Canadian who was pulled over in WA state. Due to a couple of old outstanding tickets that I had forgotten about my license was suspended in WA state. I was given a notice to appear for Driving While License suspended 3rd degree. I was surprised to learn this was a misdemeanour criminal charge. Given that I decided to hire a lawyer as I did not want to try and navigate the WA state courts on my own. When I came into contact with Adrian I was impressed with how he broke down exactly what the procedure was to have a case like mine dropped from a misdemeanour to a simple traffic infraction. I decided to hire him and did not regret it. Adrain was patient and quick to reply with requests for updates and information. I was quite anxious about the situation and he assured me we would get the outcome desired each time I contacted him. In the end, the desired outcome happened just like he said it would and now I have no need to worry about my travel to the states. I would recommend Adrian to any individual in my same position or a similar one.

DUI reduced to Reckless Driving

Adrian Madrone, with Lustick Kaiman & Madrone, reviewed the facts of my case, a DUI charge, and with his help and guidance we created a plan to fight my charge and get it reduced to a reckless driving. He first had me get an alcohol evaluation and follow up with whatever the evaluator required me to do. After completing my evaluation as well as an ADIS class and Victims Panel Adrian had me collect character letters from family and friends as well as any certificates of education and a work resume. He filed this with the prosecutor and I received the opportunity to get a reduced charge. Had it not been for Adrian Madrone my case could have gone very badly, but with him as my defense attorney my life was not ruined by a gross criminal charge.

Extreme Charges

Originally arrested on and charged with Assault 4 DV, a Misdemeanor, somehow my case was sent up to the Superior Court while the head PA was on vacation and I was simultaneously charged with Assault 2 DV and Unlawful Imprisonment, both Felonies. I found myself facing up to 10 years in prison and $10,000 in fines. Adrian was recommended by the bondswoman as the best DV defense lawyer in town, and was she ever right! After a year and a half of negotiating with the PA, many trial postponements, and much questionably behavior on the part of my ex, during which time both Adrian and his office staff were incredibly helpful, we were able to negotiate the charges down to Assault 4, with no DV tag, and 30 days house arrest. Not the dream-come-true of having all charges drop, I admit, but much better than prison or the risk of an actual trial, which can often go either way despite clear facts and evidence. Adrian was dogged in his continued belief that I should not have faced such extreme charges and persistent in his dealing with the PA. I am incredibly thankful for his handling of my case.

Firearms Rights Restoration

I simply sent a few inquiries via e-mail to several attorneys in the local area after some online searches. A phone consultation with Adrian convinced me that he would be best attorney to handle this issue if I wanted to avoid trying to do it myself. I encountered a short delay with the filling fee as his firm was changing accountants, and my check did not get properly deposited into the escrow account, but that issue was quickly resolved by the office staff. From there on everything proceeded as scheduled, without any appearances in court on my part.

Right from the start, he was at my arraignment that afternoon. He carefully guided me through my first day in court, and I was very glad that he was there. Positive Outcome for Difficult Case

Adrian took on my case after six or so attorneys previously refused to after looking at the circumstances, stating that it was unprecedented and would be impossible to move forward with. After about a year of gathering documents, we proceeded through the court system. We reached a positive outcome, my initial goal of re-earning my right to bear firearms. With the political atmosphere of recent shootings in the country, it seemed nearly improbable that we would reach a positive outcome. After attending one hearing that lasted about 3 minutes (granted, there were hours of work done behind the scenes), my right to bear firearms was restored. Adrian took on a case that others refused to take on because it was impossible, and he made it look easy. Though this process was smooth, I would only add that it would have been nice to have been notified of the hearing in advance--I had called in to check in on the status of my case and was then advised I had a hearing within the next couple of days. If I hadn't called, I would not have been informed of the hearing and would have missed it.

I was very glad to help this client reach such a positive outcome on his case. I have also taken his comment to heart about the lack of notice of his hearing. In the past, I have not had my clients attend these types of hearings. Their appearance is not required, and we often get these motions granted without even needing a court hearing. However, it was important for this client to know about his hearing and attend. I will make sure to check with my future clients in advance about whether they want to attend their hearings. I appreciate the feedback.
