Carla Perez

About me

My practice is exclusive to the representation of clients in matters of U.S. immigration and nationality law. I have a broad knowledge and experience in family-based petitions, waivers, immigrant and nonimmigrant visas, DACA, asylum, citizenship, and business visas.

I was born and raised in Texas. I received my law degree from Seattle University School of Law in 2008. I am admitted to the Washington State Bar Association and the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals. I am also currently a member of the Latino/a Bar Association of Washington, and the American Immigration Lawyers Association--Washington and Texas Chapters.

In my spare time, I enjoy reading, yoga, and spending time with my twin sons and husband.

I endorse this lawyer. She is my go-to for any questions about how my clients' criminal matters might affect their immigration statuses. She has a lot of knowledge about immigration law, is super prompt with her responses, and shows passion for her field. I am lucky that I get to work with such an upstanding attorney. Her expertise helps me be a more affective criminal defense attorney to my clients.
