About me

Kyle Olive was born outside Chicago, Illinois in 1975. He received his law degree with honors from the Seattle University School of Law in 2004. While in law school, he was a Presidential Law Scholar and a member of the Dean's list. After law school, he spent a year clerking for Justice Tom Chambers of the Washington Supreme Court. Kyle's practice emphasizes  personal injury law including automobile accidents, construction accidents, wrongful death, and products liability, as well as insurance litigation devoted to bad faith and the Insurance Fair Conduct Act.

Kyle's Statement:

I went to law school because I wanted to work in a profession where I could make a difference in people's lives.  I wanted to help people.  I wanted to stand up for the underdog.  I wanted to help the poor, the injured, the downtrodden, the forgotten and the oppressed.  I chose a career in which I could achieve those goals and I do it everyday.  I relish standing up against corporations and insurance companies when they have treated people unfairly.  It's always a David against Goliath struggle.  But, it's worth the fight.  The confidence of my clients is both a huge responsibility and very humbling.  I take it seriously and work hard to achieve a just result in every case.

I highly endorse Mr. Olive. He is a superior advocate for his clients. I recently opposed Mr. Olive in a lawsuit in federal court that was highly disputed. We had to navigate several challenging issues. Notwithstanding our opposing legal views, Mr. Olive maintained a professional, ethical and positive demeanor that was a credit to himself and his clients. He is highly skilled in litigation practice and insurance law. - Thanks Kyle!
