I found myself sitting in front of Jessica after I had gave a previous lawyer thousands of dollars to screw everything up beyond belief, to a point that I didn't know if I would ever have a relationship with my little girl or not... What took the previous lawyer a year to screw up it only took Jessic...a one time in front of the judge and we got everything we ask for... I hired Jessica Pedemonte after firing John Eckrem for not doing his job. Sad I didn't find her sooner but glad I did! Let me just say it was a breath of fresh air working with Jessica. Even just going into the office felt better. The staff are very attentive, competent and friendly. Jessica is very ...informative, understanding and actually cares about her cases/ clients. She would always get back to me either the same day I contacted her or within 24 hours. She was 100 percent on my case from the very start. Filing everything that needed to be filed at a fast timely manner. Always keeping me up to date about what is going on. Jessica, is so informative, knowledgable and made me feel so much better having her in my corner. I would refer her 1 million percent , she was very honest, never gave me false hope, but fought for me to the end, she knew I was a single mom, with not a lot of money, she made sure not to over charge ...me, she did everything fair and inexpensive, she did twice as much as my ex's attorney and literally charged me 1/3 of what he payed. I have full custody of my daughter and her father has a very fair visitation plan. Going through a custody battle is stressful and lonely, I felt like I had a friend anytime I needed advise she was a phone call away. I am more than satisfied.
