Biography
I believe in dedicated, client-driven advocacy. I have aggressively represented well over 1000 clients in Jackson and Josephine Counties since 2009. A career as a trial attorney is exciting and rewarding. Fighting for my clients against any odds and creatively defending cases against the power of the state is my highest priority.
I have tried dozens of cases to a jury, including more than 20 Driving Under the Influence trials. I have argued hundreds of motions and sentencings, appeared thousands of time in Court, handled hundreds of felonies and Measure 11 cases, and negotiated excellent resolutions or dismissals for the great majority of my clients.
In addition to my commitment to my clients and my practice I am a lifelong Oregonian, a passionate gardener and cook, an avid hiker, and a voracious reader.
I will work tirelessly, creatively, and intelligently on any case and any problems that arise in my clients’ lives. I am confident that you will find me to be a pleasure to work with.
