I would recommend Jessica to anyone needing help, even if you are just wondering if you have a case. She saw me within a day, which was great because I was on a time crunch. She wasn't able to take my case because of the type of case it was. She was honest and didn't want to put me in a position o...f trial and error in order to learn a new branch of law. However, she gave me some great advice and boosted my confidence in what I thought was a grim outlook for me. She gave me some great referrals and I am on my way to what I believe will be a successful outcome for myself. Not only that, but when she couldn't take my case she refunded my consultation fee. She unknowingly helped me do exactly what I came to see her for. Jessica is intelligent and professional but compassionate, which is hard to find nowadays.

Starting with my initial visit, Jessica was clear with everything that I should expect in court. She was upfront with how long things would take, what the likely hood would be of me winning, and what my options were. Though, from the start, it seemed my custody case would likely end in (What I thoug...ht was an outcome) shared custody, Jessica was still vigilant with collecting as many details as possible to strengthen my case. She regularly sent me all the official paperwork that was being routed through the courts, as well as replied to any of my questions in a timely manner. I am greatly satisfied with Jessica's performance in court and a win for full custody on my behalf. Having her represent me and my family has given us the opportunity to let go of the past. With this victory, and full custody, we are able to move to a new area with more opportunities for me and my family. This reality wouldn't have been possible without Jessica's help and expertise in the court room. I paid Jessica Pedemonte a $100 fee for an hour consultation starting at 10:00 A.M. She led me into her office at 10:10 and then completed the consultation at 10:40 for a total of about 30 minutes. During the consultation, I told her about a case that I wanted an advocate for with DHS. Rather than te...lling me what all of my options might be, she concluded before knowing any of the facts that I would lose a case with them (she did not even mention I could defend myself in a case with them), and then tried to convince me that losing is not so bad. The issue had to do with child custody, and she tried to minimize the importance of custodial rights without knowing any details of my situation. I had to bring up the possibility of particular options, but she did not pursue these very far and frankly seemed unwilling to help me. Contrary to her claim on her website, she is definitely not an aggressive advocate, and she charged me for an hour's time but only spent 30 minutes with me.
