After graduating from law school, Erin worked in her own practice before joining the small firm of Case & Dusterhoff. She worked at Case & Dusterhoff for over 12 years, learning from her colleagues and figuring out what she was truly passionate about in the practice of law.
Erin studied math and science in college and appreciates the rules that are the backbone of our legal system. She also believes in the Oxford comma. She serves as a board member on the Citizen Review Board in Washington County, helping to ensure that children in foster care receive the services they are entitled to receive from the state. Erin was a great source of information and advise. When consulted with her, she gave me the answers to my questions and took the time to run the numbers. This was enough for me to be able to settle my case with confidence. She was a true find!

Erin was very knowledgeable and understood the situation. During the ordeal I felt she not only communicated effectly, but that she has also had my best interest in mind. If I ever need an attorney in the future. I will not hesitate to reach out to Erin for legal guidance and representation.

Erin assisted me in filling out the paperwork for my divorce recently and she did a stellar job. She was fast, everything was correct the first time she sent it, and she even took the papers down to the court to file them for me. I highly recommended her.
"Erin is a smart and conscientious lawyer with her client's best interest always at heart. She is a great listener and problem solver. I endorse this lawyer."
"Erin is an excellent attorney that is specifically talented in family law. She is bright and compassionate, and is a zealous advocate that keeps in mind the long term effects and ramifications that conduct in a contested proceeding can have on a family. I highly recommend her as a great attorney."
"I attended law school and worked with Erin, and she has always shown a great degree of focus. She is a smart, determined attorney who truly cares about the results she attains for her clients."
"Length of time a lawyer has been practicing is a misleading gauge of skill and talent. Lawyers can easily get burnt-out and lazy. This is why it's usually much wiser to retain someone like Erin, who is smart, talented and fights hard for her clients. With Erin, you get way more bang for your buck."
"I endorse Erin. She is a very caring and resourceful attorney. Importantly, Erin really cares about her clients. It is abundantly clear from our discussions that Erin gives 110% - even in her smaller cases. As a litigator, I really respect Erin's willingness to address matters in court, where necessary."
"I endorse this lawyer's work. She is a hardworking and conscientious lawyer that strongly advocates for her clients."
