He was always very short with me the times I could actually get a hold of him. When deciding what to do with my case and explaining the plea offer he neglected to tell me multiple things that were in the offer including restitution payments. I asked him multiple times if I was loosing my licence and ...he told me no even though in the deal I was loosing it for 1 year. He neglected to tell me about A WHOLE charge that I was being charged with. I asked him if he would counter offer the deal asking for the DA to drop the felony to a misdemeanor, he came back saying they said not at this time but that once I successfully completed probation it would drop to a misdemeanor. He told me it was a good deal because it was a package and so I was only paying fines on one charge and there was only probation on one charge. Only after I plead in court and the judge was reading me back the details of the deal did I find out about there being fines and probation on both charges, restitution and the extra charge. When I brought it up to him he was extremely rude to me saying that the only reason I was saying anything was because I was about to get sentenced, admitting that he had neglected to tell me about the restitution fees but he wasn't sure about the rest and what did I want him to do. A year later when I am about to get off probation I find out that the crime being lowered to a misdemeanor is not in the judgement I call him and he tells me he never said that to me and he has no notes of that. I explain to him that, that was the only reason I took the deal and how we had, had issues before about his negligence of properly informing me of the details he just kept asking what I wanted him to do. He did not care about me or what happened to me and admitted to his negligence but what did I want him to do??
