I couldn't be more happier with the results of my child custody modification case. Without the work from Holly and Wendy, I would not have been given the additional time that I was given with my daughter. After about 8 years of being unrepresented or being represented by a lawyer who didn't help at a...ll and ultimately losing numerous court battles with my ex, I contacted Moore Family Law. My case was originally assigned to Lana, who did a great job preparing for my hearing, but then was transferred to Holly, which was the ultimate blessing. Holly went into my hearing extremely prepared and had a counter argument for everything my ex's lawyer threw at us. I was extremely impressed on how she seemingly controlled the courtroom, which I was used to having my ex's lawyer always do. The courts seem to paint the good parents in bad lights if they are unrepresented and Holly did not allow that to happen. I am relieved that I was finally viewed as the good parent that I am to my daughter and it honestly wouldn't have happened without the way Holly represented me. Holly is extremely professional and helped me understand all of the aspects of my case. She didn't sugarcoat anything as well and was up front with what could be potentially decided upon which I appreciated. Wendy Fox was a huge help as well, helping explain paperwork that I had little knowledge on and she would always make herself available when I needed advice or had a question on forms. Wendy is extremely professional and caring and I am beyond happy that she was my go to when a message needed to be relayed to Holly. Hoping that I don't have any other issues that would require court, but if I do, I will definitely be reaching out to Moore Family Law Group.

Where to start?!?! We were self-represented through a high conflict divorce which didn't end with a great custody/visitation schedule considering the distance between us and our children/the ex (we live out of state). As the situation progressively deteriorated, we knew we had to get legal help. E...nter Holly. We had read her reviews here on Avvo and felt that she would be a good fit for our situation, and boy were we right. Holly was understanding of what we were going through and gave us advice on situation after situation. For those of you who are in or have been in a high conflict divorce/custody battle, you know how distressing it can be. There were times when we were so emotionally overwhelmed that it was hard to stay calm and rational, but there was Holly - assuring us every step of the way and being the voice of reason. She helped us try to navigate our non-court options, and when that didn't work she represented us in court (rather than us having to make the long trip down to California every time); ultimately she was able to get a new order set that better suits our situation. Even after all was said and done she has still been there to answer our questions and to provide advice. Divorce and custody battles can be so expensive, but Holly is worth every penny - and more! Her pricing was reasonable to begin with and she was even willing to work with us to help contain costs as much as possible. I will not hesitate to use Holly again in the future if needed, and I would recommend her to anyone who is seeking legal help with family law.
