I hired James for a DUI and like others it was dropped!!! He is a no play games and just tells you how it is type of lawyer. He is not a laywer after every dollar you have. This was my first DUI ever, I had no idea what lay ahead, and I was worried about the consequences. James was gre...at. My case was postponed once. The second hearing came around and the state was unprepared again (the officer did not show again). When my case was called, James argued my specific circumstances for a dismissal. Being out of state, my financial situation and the expense to fly in for trial twice, having had my license already be revoked for a year, and also pointed out that the officer once was sick once and now sick again. I was in the middle of my last year at university and made a stupid mistake one night.
