James you are absolutely the best at what you do and I can't begin to thank you enough!! For all you readers out there surfing through the hundreds of lawyers who say they can help and blah blah blah, trust me when I say this..I am the most paranoid and pickiest person on this planet. I interviewe...d them all before I found James, it took me days feeling like I was seriously screwed! Then BOOM I found James! People are proned to be biased and even partial at times. Folks, unlike people, the stars remain constant. There is a reason all five stars are highlighted throughout this review board on this man by individuals of all races and backgrounds. I've been literally given a second chance at life; a new st...art of some sort, a rebirth that is. Mr. James Lewis has performed superbly with exceptional skills, knowledge, and wisdom as well. Wisdom to discern that from the very initial moment I made contact with him, I was hopeless and worried death about the weight I've carried for years and now must face it in the court of law with nothing but my faith and future resting in the hands of a man with a calm demeanor and assuring presence. Never in my lifetime would I have ever imagined that the process will be so quick which resulted in expectations well beyond my wildest dreams. Mr. Lewis didn't only ensure the complete victory on my behalf in court. My victory with him started way before the court appearance. He was there all the way. Following up, keeping in touch, sending reminders, and just being a reassuring voice in time of ultimate uncertainty. This man performed beyond the modest compensation he had asked. I was spared thousand of dollars and possible jail time. If you have managed to get through this long narrative, I am sure you will have already made the unmistakeable decision to get this man to represent you. Last November I was arrested and charged with DUI at a road block. Since I was new to the island and had no one to call...I had my work cut out for me. After meeting with several attorneys that seemed either lackadaisical, or just downright too expensive, I searched for an attorney through this webs...ite along with Yelp. After reading the reviews for Mr. Lewis, I reached out by email. He responded quickly and set up a time to meet. We sat down and discussed my options, the legality of the road block, and costs for his services. He was cool, calm, and collective...and after hearing that I was still looking for a job; he was more than willing to work with me AND was considerably more affordable than anyone else I had spoken with prior. I was pulled over in May for DUI and brought in. This was a very stressful situation for me since I was in the beginning stages of a move to the mainland. Because of James' consultation and noteworthy advice I was able to move my original arraignment forward and also obtain an earlier court date. I f...ollowed the steps he gave me with the education office and was able to complete an assessment and class prior to my hearing. My case was DISMISSED without prejudice. Because of James I was able to show the judge I was proactive and displayed remorse through action. Inside the courtroom on both occasions James seemed confident and respected by all the state staff and other lawyers. He is friendly and personable. I would assume it's his genuine personality that earns this from others. I would consider him an honest person. He was very timely with responses, flexible with arranged meetings, and never difficult to reach even in his off time. I greatly appreciate his efforts and would recommend him to any other good people out there, friends, or family.
