I had recieved a dui back in october. I am an out of state resident who was graduating college in December and i was recommended to go to James through a family friend. I am so happy I made the decision to go with James! My case was definitely on the longer side, over a year and a half, but James hung in there with me and gave it his all until the very last minute! There were multiple times the state was ready to proceed and there was a good chance that a trial woul...d have resulted in a conviction but James pulled out all the stops and was very strategic in his actions. In the end my case was dismissed with prejudice since the state was not able to resolve the case in a timely manner, and I will most likely be able to get the arrest expunged from my record.
