This attorney sells you out to the D.A., after she gets paid. She conspires with D.A. using illegal bootstrapping for convictions. Having a previous DUI on your record negatively impacted your case, just like it would have for anyone else. You received quality representation and an attorney that fought for you. I negotiated a fair plea deal that you accepted. You had every opportunity to make an informed decision to not proceed with a trial.
