I find it very odd to see the less than happy reviews for Sawaya. My experience was top notch. I was hit by a car an now I walk like an Egyptian. Well, not exactly, but the long story is tedious and irrelevant. What matters is that I needed legal counsel to manage my claims process with the insur...ance companies. I was assigned Zach Elsner and Erin Threadwell as my legal team, and could not be happier. Folks, these things are battles, and not the type that are won in days or weeks, but months, and sometimes years. Zach and Erin were perfectly communicative when I needed to act on something, had an update, or just the occasional check in to make sure they know where we all were in the process. If your hurt, you need more than peace of mind, You need an advocate that is going to take care of business on your behalf. If you need a personal injury attorney, I think that Sawaya is a strong option. Highly professional, and more than anything else, I never felt like they were a bunch of ambulance chasers. I hope I never have to use them again, but if I ever get rag-dolled by an SUV in the future, I know where to turn.
