I am an Elder Law Attorney in South Jersey. I have always had a place in my heart for seniors and the elderly. Being able to help people plan for uncertainty and protect them from the high costs of long-term care is a very rewarding vocation. In my spare time, I love spending time with my daughter, Sofia, playing golf, and cooking. If you ever need assistance I am happy to help.

Well qualified, great communicators and easily accessible

Great person and a lawyer with know-how!
When my wife came was diagnosed with dementia and I had talked to a person that said I would have to spend down most of our money on care for her and didn't really offer an alternatives that would work. Justin was able to help us get good care for my wife and protect the money for me.

Very Thorough and Pro-active...
Can't imagine not having met the team at Scott Counsel. Ann is amazing! She has helped us understand the entirety of mom's care and Justin helped us with various ways we can can pay for it and finer details of managing it over the years. Great professionals AS WELL AS human beings!
