My goal is to defend or represent your rights as though they were my own. In other words, my goal is to pursue every legal process possible on your behalf and to act as quickly and as thoroughly as possible.
ABOUT ME:
Robert Lee Hamilton grew up in Northern California; graduated from Red Bluff High School where he was a starting offensive and defensive tackle for the undefeated Spartan Football Team – and took his place on the podium for placing 4th in the California State Wrestling Championships.
After high school, Mr. Hamilton ventured to Alaska and pursued a career as a commercial fisherman for ten years. He was on the cover of National Fisherman in the summer of 1987 [FV Pegasus]; in 1988/89 he fished the Bering Sea for Snow Crab on the FV Alaskan Monarch [often seen on the TV show "Deadliest Catch" and other documentaries]; in 1989, he purchased a commercial fishing boat and permit, which he operated for 5 years; and in May of 1992, became a licensed U.S. Coast Guard Merchant Marine Officer.
Mr. Hamilton has a bachelor's degree in journalism, with a minor in business, from CSU, Chico, and a Juris Doctor from Cal Northern School of Law (Chico, California). While in law school, he was elected for two consecutive terms as President of the Student Bar Association, appointed lead counsel for the prevailing party at the school's moot court competition, and passed the California Bar Exam without taking the conventional bar review courses.
While in law school, Mr. Hamilton started an Attorney Services business. The business quickly expanded as he began providing eviction services for attorneys and pro per litigants; paralegal services for attorneys; process serving, court filings, fax filings, skip tracing; along with mobile notary and certified loan signing services. During law school, Mr. Hamilton also authored a treatise entitled the "Attorney's Guide to Professional Process Serving".
Mr. Hamilton's unusual success and legal experience is the result of ingenuity, hard work, and an innate sense of justice. Mr. Hamilton understands, first hand, the emotional plight of anyone caught up in the legal system. His style of litigation is courageous, relentless, passionate – and often creative. No one will work harder to get you a just result than Robert Lee Hamilton.
DUI Specific Training and Experience:
National College for DUI Defense (Graduate/Member)
STANDARDIZED FIELD SOBRIETY TESTS (SFSTs): Robert Lee Hamilton is trained in DWI Detection and SFSTs by both the NATIONAL HIGHWAY TRAFFIC SAFETY ADMINISTRATION (NHTSA) and the INTERNATIONAL ASSOCIATION OF CHIEFS OF POLICE (IACP). If charged with a DUI, your attorney should be thoroughly familiar with SFST procedures because, according to NHTSA, "IF ANY ONE OF THE STANDARDIZED FIELD SOBRIETY TEST ELEMENTS IS CHANGE, THE VALIDITY IS COMPROMISED."

If ever in this horrible situation I highly recommend Robert Hamilton (LegalSaint.com). My situation was unique in that I was given a date rape drug that resulted in a DUI. I still have no memory for 8 hours prior to the DUI. I don't think another lawyer would have taken my case to trial (much les...

"I endorse this lawyer. Robert is an excellent advocate for his clients. He is hard working and leaves no stone unturned when defending a client. He continually strives to educate himself on the latest trial techniques and legal issues relating to DUI and other areas. I highly recommend him."
"I had the opportunity to see Robert do a masterful cross examination of an expert witness. His ability to think quickly on his feet distinguishes Robert from most other attorneys. I fully endorse this attorney."
"I met Mr. Hamilton at a three day "Standardized Field Sobriety Testing" [SFST] training, in Oakland, in October 2009. Since that time, I've also witnessed his involvement on the California DUI Lawyers Association list-serve, wherein the best DUI attorneys in this State, share information with each other relevant to DUI defense. The information he shares and the issues he raises demonstrate an understanding of DUI cases, that the casual practitioner just doesn't possess. This is a complex area of law to practice in. It involves a deep understanding of science, law and the politics of representing persons accused of a crime that the public, prosecution and judiciary appear to believe people should simply plead guilty to. He speaks in a simple and straight forward way. It's very much like talking to a neighbor. You don't need big words and Latin phrases that lawyers learn in law school. You simply need to know what you are facing and what your options are."
"Robert has a vast knowledge in the area of DUI defense. He works tirelessly to represent his clients in all phases of the case."
"I endorse this lawyer. Mr. Hamilton knows DUI law. Not only is he a fierce advocate for his clients, he also participates in continuing education to remain cutting edge. I highly recommend Mr. Hamilton if you have a DUI in the Redding area."
"robert and I have spent time together at what are considered some of the best DUI seminars in the country. He is constantly striving to better himself in a very difficult and challenging craft to help his clients. I have referred people to Robert who have legal issues. He has done excellent work for them. I will not hesitate to continue to do so. He is caring and empathetic to valued qualities for a lawyer."
"Robert Hamilton is an experienced and dedicated advocate who cares about his clients and does a great job for everybody he represents."
"I highly endorse this lawyer. Over the years I have been impressed with the depth of his legal knowledge and his ability to relate it to individuals feeling the stress of legal trouble. I watched him win an extremely difficult DUI trial and was greatly impressed by court presence. Anyone needing a knowledgeable, skilled attorney could do no better than Robert Hamilton."
"I have known Robert for a few years and have always been impressed with his ability as an attorney. I have been impressed because of his care of the client, attention to detail, aggressiveness, and proactive attitude. Furthermore, Robert has a very practical and appropriate approach to the law - do no harm to the client. This appears to be expressed in his demeanor with opposing counsel as well as his temperment before the court. All around, my opinion of Robert is as an excellent attorney. You would be hard pressed to find a better attorney."
"Robert is an innovative lawyer. I am pleased to have strategized several cases with him, and to see him take cases to success for his clients. He is tenacious in his efforts for each of his clients and their respective cases and/or issues, as such I can attest, and offer my endorsement of his skills and services to his clients."
"I endorse Robert's work because I know how many times his clients have very successful outcomes. It is that simple."
"Mr. Hamilton is a very knowledgeable and experienced attorney who fights hard for his clients. I would recommend him to anyone looking for a DUI attorney in and around the Redding area."
"One of the best assets that Robert brings to any case is his passion for winning. He is constantly staying on top of both the science and the law in the DUI defense field. He is but one of a handful of Attorneys trainned in the art of proper performace of Field Sobriety Test, which is a huge assest in defending any DUI matter. If you are thinking of hiring Robert, don't hesitate! Consider yourself lucky if he takes your case...."
