Elizabeth Ashley Hinds is pleased to consult with people injured in car accidents, trucking accidents, motorcycle or bicycle accidents, and other unfortunate personal injury matters, or with the family members who must call on behalf of an injured, or deceased, family member due to such an accident. No fee for calling, just plan on some time to talk a bit, and have what information that you do have ready to share confidentially.
Elizabeth graduated from the Cumberland School of Law in Birmingham, Alabama, where she practiced as a personal injury litigator for five years until she returned home to Greensboro, North Carolina in 1998. Over the past twenty eight years, Elizabeth has focused her practice on personal injury and wrongful death trial litigation. Elizabeth represents the fourth generation of hard working trial lawyers in her family.
Elizabeth is most honored to be a graduate of the Gerry Spence Trial Lawyers College at Thunderhead Ranch in DuBois, Wyoming, an intensive three week trial advocacy program offered to attorneys and judges by invitation only. The Trial Lawyer’s College was founded in 1994 by the legendary trial lawyer Gerry Spence who is widely recognized as one of the greatest trial lawyers of all time and who had a vision and a desire to share his experiences and methods developed over several decades with lawyers dedicated to representing people who need an effective voice in the legal system and dedicated to obtaining justice for their clients.
Elizabeth has received an ‘AV Preeminent’ Peer Review rating from Martindale-Hubbell, the legal industry’s leading and most respected rating organization which has been conducting peer-review ratings for over a century to identify and recognize lawyers with the highest legal ability and ethical standards. Lawyers are rated by their peers in the categories of legal knowledge, analytical capabilities, judgment, communication ability, and legal experience as well as a high level of ethical standards. Elizabeth has received the highest rating, ‘AV Preeminent’, indicating that other lawyers and judges in the state rank her at the highest level of professional and ethical excellence. "I really value the comments the most. To think that another attorney even took the time to actually make a comment, that is something. The comments that touch me so are the comments that share that my clients mean so much to me because I really do care about my clients and their famiies. Clients and their families, we stay friends well beyond representation and they know they will always a HEY HEY call from time to time so I am pleased that others get that/know that about me."

I consulted Ms Hinds on several matters concerning a critical accident a family member was involved in. She was extremely considerate, caring and professional about what my family might need in this difficult time. I would highly recommend her.

Ms. Hinds took the time to explain everything in detail. Also making sure we agreed and felt comfortable with how things were handled. Will be very happy to refer family and friends to Hayes law.

I hired Hayes Law firm after I was injured in a motorcycle accident. Elizabeth was assigned to the case. I could not have had a better person represent me in this ordeal. Elizabeth was very attentive to how the case was progressing and helpful in explaining information she needed to help present...

She worked very hard to get me a settlement after the company said they would not pay. She got my medical bills paid and also money in my pocket. A great lawyer and friend.
"I am impressed with Ms. Hinds's thoughtful advice and answers to legal questions on Avvo. She has an in-depth understanding of the law and an ability to communicate legal concepts clearly and effectively. I endorse this lawyer!"
"Elizabeth comes to the table with a wealth of experience and dedication to helping those in need. Having met her at the Gerry Spence Trial Lawyer's College, I know she is unafraid to do what is necessary for justice."

"Elizabeth Hinds is smart, caring, and compassionate. I am fortunate to have met her at the Gerry Spence Trial Lawyer's College. She is dedicated to achieving justice for her clients, and I highly recommend her."
"I have known and worked with Elizabeth for 12 years or more. She is a compassionate and caring individual which is evident when you watch her interact with her clients and others. Listening in to those conversations you would think she is talking to a family member or an old college buddy. And it is genuine! At the same time she is relentless in helping her clients. I have never seen anyone that pursues a case like she does - talking to everyone to unearth all information she can. Due to her genuine persona, people relax when speaking to her and disclose information that I believe others, including myself, would never be able to solicit from those individuals. She has what clients want - someone that does not talk down to them, someone that cares, and someone that actually acts instead of only talking about what needs to be done. If I or any of my family suffered a personal injury, Elizabeth would be the first person I would call."
"I had the wonderful opportunity to work with Elizabeth Hinds in the summer of 2014 on a number of cases. Elizabeth is a tremendous attorney with a great legal mind. She cares deeply for her clients. I am proud to know Elizabeth and to call her a colleague and a friend. I highly recommend her to any client who is in need of an excellent litigation attorney in North Carolina."
"I endorse this lawyer. Elizabeth combines a great knowledge of the law with a passion to seek the greatest result for her clients. She works tirelessly for her clients, maintains regular contact with them and never gives up! Her trial preparation skills are impeccable as are her negotiation skills. I have no hesitation in referring clients to her based on all of the above."
"Elizabeth is a fantastic attorney with a great head for litigation and an even greater heart. You will not be "just another client" when you have Elizabeth fighting for you. I highly recommend Elizabeth Hinds."
