Elizabeth Ashley Hinds is pleased to consult with people injured in car accidents, trucking accidents, motorcycle or bicycle accidents, and other unfortunate personal injury matters, or with the family members who must call on behalf of an injured, or deceased, family member due to such an accident. Elizabeth graduated from the Cumberland School of Law in Birmingham, Alabama, where she practiced as a personal injury litigator for five years until she returned home to Greensboro, North Carolina in 1998. Over the past twenty eight years, Elizabeth has focused her practice on personal injury and wrongful death trial litigation. Elizabeth represents the fourth generation of hard working trial lawyers in her family.
Elizabeth is most honored to be a graduate of the Gerry Spence Trial Lawyers College at Thunderhead Ranch in DuBois, Wyoming, an intensive three week trial advocacy program offered to attorneys and judges by invitation only. The Trial Lawyer’s College was founded in 1994 by the legendary trial lawyer Gerry Spence who is widely recognized as one of the greatest trial lawyers of all time and who had a vision and a desire to share his experiences and methods developed over several decades with lawyers dedicated to representing people who need an effective voice in the legal system and dedicated to obtaining justice for their clients.
