Mr carelli, doesn't answer his phone or return calls. He disappears and no way to get him, the only way to see him is in court right before the case is called . Hw has been sent to the bar association and was ordered to complete a client communication course of which he fail the first time and fail...ed to meet his dead line for completion but got away with it stating he gets to many cases out of the draw form the court. If u give him big money u might be ok but if u get him from the draw know your bottom of the list.

I hired John over a four year period to handle a child custody case. He was very fair. He offered several options to resolve my case. He was calm and aggressive when it was warranted. He explained things so I understood what to expect. At the end of the whole ordeal I was able to accomplish 85% of wh...at I was seeking. Not to John’s fault but judges decide things on several factors and some are completely out of the attorneys hands. If I had to do it all over again I would hire John again. Luckily my child is an adult now and I won’t find myself in this situation again.

We hired Mr. Carelli to handle a simple divorce for my mother-in-law. However, after accepting our payment he would not return our calls, emails or letters. He also did not file any of the paperwork we had filled out and he had assured us would be filed causing the divorce to enter into default. M...y mother in law is on a fixed income and is now at risk of losing her retirement due to Mr. Carelli's negligence and lack of work of ethic. Our son has a 73 el camino given to him by his Grandfather, this is his last year of high school and is leaving for Marine boot camp two weeks after graduation.
