Mr Campanella took care of my DUI case . Was a .21 and have a Commercial Drivers license. Mr. Campanella and his staff had my DUI case dismissed. I originally hired a different attorney who let the DA run the show and left me in limbo for nearly a year. As soon as Mr. Campanella was hired, he had the DA on the phone, scheduled, and I knew we had a game plan. He tends to communicate th...rough text and his staff was consistently in-the-know, and addressing my questions when they could. We also used one of his colleagues from his network of legal professionals to accommodate my pre-scheduled arraignment. I was very unfamiliar with the court processes, and when I found out the DA wanted a jury trial, I enlisted Mr. Campanella and his firm. The dates were scheduled. He explained what it all meant, and gave me his game plan. He even drove to the site of the arrest with me to get eyes on the situation. Little did I know, there are multiple court hearings leading up to a trial. The first was a Suppression Hearing and this is when and where the value of his expertise was proven. He methodically negated many of the DA's statements/questions and demonstrated a clear understanding of the law along with the witnesses lack of legally required procedures. This allowed the majority of the discovery(evidence), to be suppressed(un-usable in court) and the DA was left empty handed. The next hearing, I was barely able to get from my spectator's seat to the defendant's table before the DA dismissed the case and the judge echo'd in finality. John and his staff crushed it. He humbly let me know, it doesn't always go so easily, but he had a plan and executed it. I highly recommend Mr. John Campanella for DUI needs.

I’m 53 years old and have over 25 career years as a first responder.
