As the title states, she truly is a queen(including outside of her practice). I was involved in a hit-and-run and was arrested in another area for public intoxication. Both cases could've been combined but thanks to Nan, she knew how to play the cards right and they were completely separate cases(no ...DUI). It is what she does best after all. I'll admit I'm still a kid and I had no idea what to do, I just didn't want to go to jail or have a record but after researching and consulting with her(free), my mind was at ease throughout the process. Long story short, I trusted(and still do) Nan with my life and followed her game plan. My public intoxication arrest case was completely dismissed and my hit-and-run case was brought down to an infraction(failure to exchange info at scene). Knowing when your court is without you being there is a scary thing. Nan kept me updated every time something happened. She is also very loving and treats you like family. I have an extensive criminal record all from past stupid mistakes. Once I "grew up" and realized that I needed to become the man I knew I could be I changed my life around. Recently I had an argument with my wife and the police were called. I was immediately arrested for domestic battery (I think ...mostly due to myself having two strikes) and went to jail. I've never had trouble with the law before. One night, I made a bad decision to drive after drinking at dinner and lost control of my car. When I had an appointment with the probation officer, she fully briefed me with what to expect; Nan even came along so that I wouldn't have to face it alone. As someone who had no idea how the California Justice system worked, scared and not knowing what about what to expect, she was by my side with every step of the way. I was told by other attorneys, given my case, that I could expect a 2-Year sentence. Working with Nan, I was sentenced for only 3 months!!! An unbelievable result that I feel is only possible because I had Nan by my side to guide me every step of the way. My case was regarding a DUI situation in Santa Clara County. I was lost , depressed, felt pretty crappy with this situation. And then I met Nan! She made everything so much easier to handle and always made sure I stayed positive throughout the process. I honestly thought there was no hope until ...I contacted her.
