It is related to a consumer protection issue. I called several lawyers before I called Michael. After briefly giving my issue to their assistant, they all rejected to take the case, nor gave any advice. Michael returned my phone in a day and squeeze his lunch time and talked with me about my case.... He listened patiently about my story and fully understood my concern. He told me that due to the contract itself, it is not feasible for a lawyer to present me, but he did give a list of options for me to get my money and justice back. He advised me cons and pros of each option. Over the whole conversion, he is so patient and down to details. He is also very knowledgeable. He is truly someone I can trust and look for help in the future if I need.

I have a case regarding a small claim. I contacted Michael by a phone call and set up an appointment on Monday 2/24 4:15 PM. He called me on time precisely and talked with me for about 45 minutes for my case. I sent him my case documents before the appointment.
