I have had the pleasure of consulting with Michael twice now. He is very open about what options you have, and is great at communicating them. He helped my family find the courage to make the best choice for us after our first consultation, and when I needed additional guidance once the issue we were... facing shifted into a different concern, I was very confident in consulting with Michael again. My family is so grateful and I am thankful to now feel more knowledgable of our rights in these situations.

Michael was very helpful in providing legal advice when we were in a pinch regarding a real estate transaction. We were pressed for time and it is very challenging to get legal consultation with only a few days time but Michael was very understanding, accomadating and squeezed us in last minute and t...ook time to understand our issue. The only suggestion I would have is for Michael to improve the sound quality of his phone or phone system (maybe something to do with using Google for calls?) as it was at times challenging to hear him.

Michael was very helpful in guiding me with 2 issues; 1. Smalls claim issue with an airline. He provided support in drafting a demand letter and advised on the small claims process. I was able to resolve satisfactorily with the airline without having to go to court. 2. Consumer affairs issue wi...th a mechanic. Michael gave me a strong understanding of my position and the limitations in pursuing the issue further despite some questionable practices from the mechanic. I felt comfortable I was getting the appropriate advice.

It is related to a consumer protection issue. I called several lawyers before I called Michael. After briefly giving my issue to their assistant, they all rejected to take the case, nor gave any advice. Michael returned my phone in a day and squeeze his lunch time and talked with me about my case.... He listened patiently about my story and fully understood my concern. He told me that due to the contract itself, it is not feasible for a lawyer to present me, but he did give a list of options for me to get my money and justice back. He advised me cons and pros of each option. Over the whole conversion, he is so patient and down to details. He is also very knowledgeable. He is truly someone I can trust and look for help in the future if I need.
