What an extraordinary lawyer and person Tracy Lemmon is! I had been quite reluctant to a lawyer to help me to fight an aggressive and toxic environment where I worked. After about 2-1/2 years of harrassment, I finally decided to reach out. I looked carefully because I wanted a quiet and fair attorney... who would mediate and help me avoid court and trial. I was unexpectedly terminated by my employer and given a lengthy document to sign, all of which protected and indemnified the company, but gave me nothing. Tracy reviewed the document and came up with issues that were illegal under California law and other issues that they weren't considering. The st...rategy was for me to do the corresponding and talking with her coaching and guidance, because if she responded directly on my behalf, they would lawyer up and it would get really expensive really fast. She took the time to understand the case; provided very clear and objective advice and recommended a number of options to allow me to pursue a ...successful wage claim with my former employer.
