Mike Monaghan PE

What an extraordinary lawyer and person Tracy Lemmon is! I had been quite reluctant to a lawyer to help me to fight an aggressive and toxic environment where I worked. After about 2-1/2 years of harrassment, I finally decided to reach out. I looked carefully because I wanted a quiet and fair attorney... who would mediate and help me avoid court and trial. In my research I found Lemmon Law. Tracy has been my champion ever since. It was a very challenging case, but she stuck by me all the way. She is smart, respectful, forthright, and honest. Tracy never made a move without first discussing it with me and she was incredibly diligent in dealing with a problematic discovery process. At the end of the day, we prevailed much to my satisfaction, though we did nearly end up in court, we were able to settle the whole thing (as I said, much to my financial and personal satisfaction). If you need a lawyer to stand with you and fight for you while treating all involved with decency and respect, Lemmon Law, especially Tracy Lemmon is where you want to go.

Great counsel and coaching paid off

I was unexpectedly terminated by my employer and given a lengthy document to sign, all of which protected and indemnified the company, but gave me nothing. Tracy reviewed the document and came up with issues that were illegal under California law and other issues that they weren't considering. The st...rategy was for me to do the corresponding and talking with her coaching and guidance, because if she responded directly on my behalf, they would lawyer up and it would get really expensive really fast. Tracy and I wrote a detailed response with many questions and challenges, signed only by me. My phone call to go over it didn't seem to go well, but the next day they came back with a dramatically different attitude and offer. I'm sure they ran it past their attorneys who saw that I had solid points coming from counsel. I was now provided a package that included compensation, an excellent outplacement service, keeping me as an employee while I searched for jobs and later on I will become a company retiree for life (which has benefits). I'm very grateful to Tracy for her counseling and kindness--and for being my secret weapon in the background who turned a terrible mess around into something that was as good as it could be.

Lemmon is no lemon! :-)

I had a wonderful attorney-client experience with Tracy! Of course, no one really wants to see a lawyer -- but if you have to, especially around all things related to termination, severance, unemployment, etc -- Tracy is the one to see. She was directly available to engage from the onset, often adj...usting her busy schedule to meet mine. When engaged, Tracy was a great listener -- validating my suggestions around next steps -- but also gently guiding me in different, if not better directions, when needed. Finally, with her coaching and guidance -- we were able to improve the size of my severance package, both in time and dollars. Could not be more satisfied with Tracy Lemmon's efforts -- and I know you will be more than satisfied, too.

A True California Employment Law Expert!

Tracy is a rare find. She has the unique combination of having practiced law both in-house for corporations in addition to having her own private practice. She took the time to understand the case; provided very clear and objective advice and recommended a number of options to allow me to pursue a ...successful wage claim with my former employer. Tracy is detailed and writes very compelling communications chock full of facts, details and specific requests. She knows her stuff and specializes in representing individuals (not corporations). I am please to say that my case was settled before we had to go to the Labor Board or Arbitration. I couldn't be more pleased with the outcome--and attribute her advice and counsel to the success of my outcome.

Review of Lemmon Employment Law & Conflict Resolution

Tracy Lemmon & Lemmon Employment Law & Conflict Resolution made what could've been a laborious and uncomfortable process into a smooth experience. Throughout her firms representation of my case, Tracy was able to listen to my needs, carefully navigate the challenges, help define the goals, and achiev...e those goals. She focused on my expectations, allowing us to partner together to find a fair and just resolution with my former employer. Throughout the process, I could tell she viewed litigation as an opportunity for her client to define and preserve their legal rights. She helped me achieve my goals with a former employer that was in clear violation of California Labor Laws. I highly recommend Tracy to anyone who feels they are not receiving fair treatment from their current or former employer.
