I have dedicated my career to representing employees and fighting to make them whole.  I only represent employees, never employers.  My firm prosecutes sexual harassment, race harassment, disability discrimination, whistleblower retaliation and wrongful termination cases.  We work hard to obtain evidence and witnesses to help clients win.  If the employer is not willing to be reasonable and the case is viable, we will not hesitate to go to trial.

Excellent Wrongful Termination Attorneys
My experience with Kelly Armstrong and her team was excellent. I really appreciated having them represent me and help me with my legal claims. I was very nervous to come forward and hire an attorney for the first time and Kelly reassured me and expressed compassion for me throughout my case. Very satistified
I recommend Kelly Armstrong and her firm. She was very professional, knows employment law backwards and forwards including a lot of the new great laws that were recently passed in California for employees like me. Outstanding representation and result. I really enjoyed working w her and her team and felt like I was in excellent hands. They were also very supportive of me as they fought the other side and quickly resolved my case so I could have closure and be happy again.

Hire Kelly Armstrong!
I found her through a google search and consulted with several other firms before hiring her which was the best decision I ever made. I decided to hire her when I went to her with an employment claim, she probed me with hard hitting questions right away and took control of my case. She not only handled in a timely manner but made me feel as though my well being was her top priority. She is incredibly thorough and her team is incredibly efficient. You would be doing yourself a great disservice not to hire her.

Fantastic Employment lawyer

Hard to work with
This lawyer ended up being effective but she was also really difficult to work with. I worked with her a year ago on a civil matter. While she was quick and always responsive to emails she would bully me or criticize me a lot. I felt this often came out of nowhere or without good reason. She seemed hasty or disorganized a lot, too, and would often tell me not to do things that her associates had just finished instructing me to do. It was very frustrating.
