Nicolas Sean Gold

I’ve practiced law since 1997, first concentrating on Intellectual Property, protecting the intangible assets of clients large and small in the United States and around the world in cooperation with dozens of other attorneys and law offices. More recently, I extended my practice to general business law, with a particular interest in helping small businesses establish themselves and grow with their assets protected and value maximized. My role is essentially the opposite of a trial attorney’s. I am here to help avoid conflict and uncertainty, and to advise clients as thoroughly and conscientiously as possible. My job is to provide the highest level of client engagement and responsiveness, quality work, and the highest value.
