What an extraordinary lawyer and person Tracy Lemmon is! I had been quite reluctant to a lawyer to help me to fight an aggressive and toxic environment where I worked. After about 2-1/2 years of harrassment, I finally decided to reach out. I looked carefully because I wanted a quiet and fair attorney... who would mediate and help me avoid court and trial. Tracy is a rare find. She has the unique combination of having practiced law both in-house for corporations in addition to having her own private practice. She took the time to understand the case; provided very clear and objective advice and recommended a number of options to allow me to pursue a ...successful wage claim with my former employer.
