About Allister
Biography
Allister is one of just a handful of bilingual English-Chinese attorneys that practices exclusively personal injury law on behalf of injured victims in the Northern California San Francisco Bay Area. He is a licensed attorney in the State of California and a recipient of the 2014 National Academy of Personal Injury Attorney’s Award for Top 10 Attorneys Under the Age of 40.
Allister volunteers his time at public libraries throughout San Mateo County to increase public access to justice. He has participated in the San Mateo County Bar Association’s Lawyers in the Library: Free Legal Clinic Program since 2013. Allister completed his juris doctorate at the University of San Francisco School of Law. While in Law School, he received the Moot Court Award for Best Oral Argument and the CALI Award for Excellence[1] in Insurance Law. He was a member of the USF Trial Team in the American Association for Justice Trial Advocacy Competition, twice a quarter-finalist in the Advocate of the Year Competition, and a participant in the USF Intensive Advocacy Program.
Even as a licensed attorney, Allister continues to train with attorneys and judges from around the world. He believes that the only way to get better is to keep doing it. In 2014, he successfully completed the National Institute of Trial Advocacy’s (NITA) Deposition Skills and Trial Skills Programs. In 2015, Allister received both NITA's Advocate Designation and Master Advocate Designation.
