I received my Juris Doctorate Degree from UC Hastings College of the Law with an emphasis in Criminal Law, and received my Bachelor's Degree from UC Berkeley in Rhetoric. I am a Partner with the Law Offices of Galine, Frye & Fitting, a civil litigation firm.
Prior to joining the Law Offices of Galine, Frye & Fitting as an attorney, I worked with the District Attorneys’ office in San Mateo and San Francisco. I also practiced general civil litigation, specifically in the areas of real estate, contract disputes, and personal injury.
Presently, I specialize in the area of general civil litigation, specifically personal injury, bad faith insurance, and business litigation. I focus my practice on automobile collision cases, collisions involving defendant drivers under the influence of alcohol and drugs, catastrophic injuries, and wrongful deaths.
I also currently serve as a JAG officer in the California State Military Reserve, which serves in assisting civil authorities during domestic emergencies and assisting in the mobilization and demobilization process of the National Guard. My duties involve serving as legal counsel to National Guard soldiers regarding domestic legal matters prior to and following their deployment, and other matters related to military law.
