Biography
I began my legal education at Harvard Law School, and then returned to my home town of Berkeley to finish at U.C. Berkeley's Boalt Hall. After working as a litigation associate at Heller Ehrman LLP, I realized a dream by opening my own firm where I represent individuals and consumers who have suffered discrimination, or serious injuries due to accidents, medical malpractice, or defective products. In my first jury trial, my client received an award that was 80 times greater than the insurance company's final offer. Since then I have settled or tried more than 100 cases to successful resolution. In 2005, I was singled out as one of the top three young trial lawyers in San Francisco.
