Great Lawyer!

"My ex filed a very intimidating petition with the Court for a domestic violence restraining order that includes lies about me and exaggerated other things even though we had a friendly break-up. I was not even sure if I should fight it. Marc Pelta explained to me in a compassionate way how importa...nt it was to fight for my rights. I decided to hire Marc Pelta of Pelta Law instead of other attorneys because I could tell that he had a good plan to defend me, he was experienced and that he actually cared about being successful in my case. He was also very confident he could help me and that meant a lot to me, as well. Marc Pelta spoke with me several times to obtain more and more important information that I had forgotten to tell him, but because of his experience, he knew what to ask me to give him to win the case. He even showed me that I, not my ex, was the real victim of domestic violence. My ex dropped her request for the restraining order. We won! I am very appreciative of Pelta Law's efforts. He knows just what to do

I'm gonna cut right to the chase. Mr. Pelta knows what he's doing, period. His price was actually reasonable for his experience and was more affordable than another lawyer who I found out later had never been to trial. He did his homework and fought for me. This attorney will be my go-to if I need he...lp again.

This attorney was just awesome

I was searching for a good attorney to handle a very delicate case for myself. Well, after speaking to Mr Pelta, I realized that I had found a GREAT one in him. If it wasn't for Mr. Pelta and his practice, I would surely have lost my case. He listened to my problem, gave me some advise on what he rec...ommended I should do and I hired him on the spot. Money wasnt an issue but he charged me fairly for the work he did for me. HE SAVED MY ASS!!!!!! The case lasted for some time and he kept in constant contact with me explaining every part of the way. Was always available to speak with me when I needed. Answered any questions I had and made sure to re assure me that I would be ok. He was straight forward, told me the risks and plowed through my case like a highly skilled attorney should. If ever you need an honest lawyer. Hire this man. HIRE Pelta Law. I just cant say enough about Mr. Pelta. He was awesome!!!!! 10 stars!!!
