Administrative Law excellence

I hired Marc because of an investigation in a professional licensing issue with the Board of Pharmacy. My situation was more complex as it involved a family law component to it as well as the administrative law component I hired him for. His expertise, experience, and directness were invaluable. Marc is the best DUI lawyer

I hired Marc because of a DUI arrest in San Francisco so that he could represent me with the DMV Hearing and in San Francisco Superior Court for the criminal case which so far is looking good for me. I then contacted Marc because of another Vehicle Code issue in Los Angeles County for which he did n...ot charge me additional money and chose to just advise & guide me to handle it.

Incredible results

I hired Marc to represent me because of a felony Child Endangerment and misdemeanor DUI arrest in Fresno. Marc contacted the DMV and the hearing to consider suspending my driver license was set-aside. I am very pleased with this outcome. I also hired Marc to represent me in another legal matter in... Happy with my experience with Marc

I hired Marc Pelta to be my lawyer to represent me in a misdemeanor battery investigation because I was informed by the Fremont Police that I falsely accused of it because I defended my wife and baby son from an aggressive man at the park. Marc contacted the Alameda County District Attorney's Office... for me and persuaded the DA to offer me diversion instead of charging me with a crime. I am happy with the result.

Extremely knowledgeable and sharp on the facts

I hired Marc to represent me for both some criminal and civil legal matters in Marin and Solano counties. First, I hired him to represent me in both a criminal investigation in Marin County now concluded in my favor & also in Solano County because of a pending meritless Domestic Violence Restraining... Order petition filed against me, as part of a disgruntled ex-wife's strategy for leverage in a divorce that I am seeking from her. Marc guided me in hiring a divorce attorney and also worked with me to gather the facts and evidence to file a DVRO against my abusive ex-spouse. I decided to then hire Marc to Pelta to also represent me in a DVRO petition that he will file for me shortly with the Court. Marc will also be representing me as a victim of crime in a Marin County case being prosecuted against my ex-wife for DUI. So far I am pleased with the results.
