Leading by Example

This guy actually cares...has to be one of the last honest attorneys. Never leaves you hanging...answers his calls or calls you back the day you left a message. The DA said 3 years...McCann got me 9 mo. and checked-up on me while I was away. Thanks for being more than just a contractor for hire, Chris...your professionalism and friendship has made a real diffrence in the lives of my family and I.

Excellent Attorney

When Mr. McCann was referred to us, we were told that he was one of the best attorneys in Orange County. I can now attest to this myself. Christopher and his Paralegal provided a legal service for me that was professional, affordable, prompt, and successful. I called Chris to ask a few questions to make sure he was knowledgeable, capable, and affordable prior to hiring him. I had another attorney prior to hiring Chris that was completely opposite. A++ Lawyer

Christopher walked me through everything! From beginning to end. I had unusual circumstances because I had moved to another area after getting my DUI. He ALWAYS answered my phone calls. He took care of DMV and my court case without me having to be there. Best money I ever spent was hiring Christopher. Extremely knowledgeable and professional. He knows the in’s and outs completely! Great Attorney

The best Lawyer out there!

I unfortunately made some irresponsible decisions in my past and since a good amount of time had passed, I needed legal counsel. I originally paid for a different lawyer who basically took my money and didn't do crap for me, he even wrote a lot of incorrect information in my motion. I then found Chris through searching DUI lawyers in Orange County here on Yelp and it was one of the best decisions I could have made. He is on top of his game and he fought for me! Excellent Service

Chris has represented me once back almost four years ago and now just recently for traffic infractions. Excellent DUI Attorney!

After interviewing several attorneys for my DUI arrest, I decided to hire Christopher McCann. He came across as the most honest, sincere and knowledgeable, specifically as it relates to marijuana DUI’s. Chris was concise in explaining the process and was very forth coming in setting the expectations. His fees are more than reasonable, he answers his own calls and responds to his own emails, which is unheard of with attorneys. Although the District Attorney was not willing to make any concessions, that didn’t stop Chris from fighting and finding weaknesses in the case, which eventually led to having my case dismissed 2 weeks before my trial. Chris did his due diligence and left no stone unturned, I will be eternally grateful. Chris doesn’t just go through the motions of defending you, he truly cares for you as a person and works hard to get the best possible outcome.

One of the Most Honest and Helpful Lawyers

Christopher McCann is one of the most honest and helpful lawyers I have ever met. Not only did he look over my paperwork to see if there was anyway to fight my DUI but he was very straight froward with me and what was going to happen. He answered all my questions and gave me a few options but recommended what would be best for my situation. Even though I decided to not fight the case Christopher still offered his assistance if I ever needed it or if I had any other questions. Don’t painic call Chris McCann

Mr.McCann made it so easy to understand what was the best he can do to help me get out of this hardship. He made it easy to understand his game plan he had. He is very understanding and is easy to talk to. He helped ease my pain and panic and helped me understand that there was hope. Mr. McCann was very helpful every step of the way and worked with me every step of the was making everything so crystal clear. I would recommend Mr. McCann over and over again to anyone in a rather sticky situation. I would not trust any other attorney with my case. Especially when it involve my freedom of life.

Domestic Violence Case

I ended up going with Christopher J McCann for my case after searching and searching for the right attorney. From the very beginning, not only did he set up a plan, but he didn't try to scare me into anything. He was very honest, respectful, knowledgeable, straight forward, and his prices were very acceptable. He constantly checked in with me to keep me updated, and always kept a positive attitude when doing so. I had homework to do in order for Chris to build my case efficiently. Even though I wasn't able to get everything done right away, Chris was extremely patient and worked with me to get my case resolved. Due to Chris being a wonderful attorney and many prayers, my case was dropped! Thank you for your amazing services, but also for being a wonderful person!

An alliance you’ll need for Battle in the courtroom.

Christopher is one heck of a DUI attorney, his game plan on getting my case structured from the beginning was a complete success. One thing I like about Chris is that he is a straight shooter and does not beat around the bush. I followed his instructions and did my part and we prevailed Victory! I'm home being a productive member of society. Bottom line we fought a very tough case up in till the end, we did not give up, we did our due diligence and I'm typing this review from the comfort of my home rather than the big house. Chris is family that's the way he made me feel, he is a sleeper he looks like a computer science nerd but, a beast in the court room. He knows his stuff, I'm a broker with twenty plus years in the business and it's been a while since I been wet behind the ears, so I know when somebody is being truthful or trying to take me for a ride. I would recommend him and have his back in battle any day just like he had mine. Truly a blessing from above...

DUI

I hired Christopher when I got my first DUI and he was such a professional! I had easy access to him, by phone, via email or office appointment. He answer my calls or if he was busy he would call immediately. Because of Chris I was able to get the DUI down to a wet wreck less.

2nd time around

I highly recommend Christopher as an dependable lawyer. Unfortunately he was not the first lawyer I had hired pertaining to my case. Having a case in CA and living on the east coast, it was important for me to find a lawyer that was dependable. Chris had cleared everything and explained clearly what was needed from me by the court. After completion, about a week later, Chris had contacted me again informing me that paperwork was not received from the court, something that had happened in the past as well. I promptly had them sent again and I am sure if Chris did not check up with me, I would have had to have done everything again. Something my previous lawyer failed to do. The follow up is enough for me to recommend his services over any others.
