Resentencing

One of the most honest lawyers I’ve talked to so far. I’ve talked to so many about getting my friend resentenced after serving 27 years on a LWOP. I think Mr. Stein could be the guy to bring him home!

Case Dismissed!

It took about 3 years due to delays with the courts during COVID. But I trusted Andy Stein’s recommendations. He was right and my case was dismissed! Mr Stein truly cares and if you trust his advice I’m certain he will get you the best result possible!

Andrew Stein brought me back home....

If it wasn't for Andrew Stein I would be behind bars for the rest of my life. I was in the biggest battle of my life fighting a murder case, one of the scariest situations I ever had to face. There are no deals for murder, the deal is life in prison and that's not including other enhancements the ...D.A wants to throws at you. And I wasn't fortunate enough to had fought my case out side of country jail, so the odds were more against me. And to top it off I didn't have a lawyer for the first three months of my incarceration. I can't even tell you what a relief it was after what felt like countless times going to court and to hear Mr. Stein address the courtroom "Andrew here representing Andrew " Something about that was confirmation that I was gonna be alright. See when your in these tough battles you look for some type of sign that God is looking after you, and that was one of many. It wasn't easy through out my case but Andrew Stein fought every step of the way and got me the best deal of my life that I can't even fathom. I didn't even want to tell the rest of the fellas in the lifer module that I was housed in once I went back. Andrew Stein got the murder reduced to a manslaughter and got me 6 years and 2 years credit omg I couldn't believe what I was hearing all I could think of was getting my life back and telling myself I'm coming home, to me I was home already I could smell the fresh air of freedom. Thank you Andrew Stein for believing in me and fighting hard. You are a true worrier. Because of you I'm out now and with my family, and with a hole new perspective on life. Today I'm doing good I'm engaged have a beautiful family working full time just moved into a new apartment ironically by the Norwalk courthouse where I was fighting my case. I'm truly blessed Andrew Stein what you did for me will not go in vein much love and respect hopefully my testimony can give hope to anyone out there going through the same battle.

Excellent smart attorney
