Violated my rights, worst attorney I ever met

misrepresented me, lied to the judge and violated penal code and constitution. He is ripping off the court system and his clients

Nothing more can one ask for! Immense gratification!

In September 2017, I was arrested for attempted murder. Though it was my ex colleague who first started the fight that left me humiliated and injured. A month later, I took the law into my own hands, as I tried to retaliate, without fully understanding the law in this country. Since I spoke little ...English, in haste, my husband contacted a very expensive lawyer firm, assuming we would be provided with a Mandarin speaking lawyer as they had advertised. To our dismay, with every court attendances, different lawyers who spoke no Mandarin showed up. They never returned our phone calls, nor had any prior consultations or sessions for discussions regarding my case; thus my case took a terrible turn for the worst in just a month’s time in their hands. Through some advice from my church sister, we unexpectedly found Terrance who volunteered at some community Asian Pacific Pro Bono service. As Terrance speaks only English, my church sisters did the translation for me throughout. When briefed of the severity of my case, Terrance rushed to meet us; he had only 15 minutes of consultation time to spare, as with other attorneys volunteering for such services. Nonetheless, he patiently and graciously answered all our questions which took up an hour of his time. Instead of taking on my case, he suggested I go with a public defender, as it would be more affordable for me. After 2 days, ultimately, at my earnest appeal, he accepted, and he even worked out a reasonable payment plan that I’m able to afford. After he took over my case, he immediately prepared a detailed analysis of the results given by the prosecutor. Every time he went to court, he took the trouble to diligently explain his strategic solutions, because my case was a very serious one. To further complicate the task for Terrance, I had naively erased any or had left no evidences that could have helped my case. However, he always returned our calls and emails promptly. When we were in doubts or confusions, he would thoroughly clarify and help us understand. Terrance even went the extra mile, to consult his immigration attorney friend, to help minimize the risk of my immigration status. Nonetheless, Terrace eventually won over the judge. Terrace had put up much time, thoughts, and effort to minimize the severity and damage to my case. Hence, I was given a fair sentence. I thank God for providing me with an exceptional lawyer. I am indeed ashamed of my foolish and reckless behaviour, as I failed to live out the spirit of Christianity. All in all, Terrance is an outstanding, compassionate and responsible lawyer. He goes the extra miles without being solicited. He has a soul with a heart of kindness, generosity and consideration. Immense and deep appreciation and admiration for lawyer Terrance Cheung.

Amazing Attorney

I highly recommend Mr. Cheung, he worked very hard to get my husband the best possible outcome that would benefit our family. My husband was looking to serve time for a huge misunderstanding and Mr. Cheung did everything he could to help us out. He's very skilled and very devoted to what he does. He...'s very honest and always keeps you informed. I have recommended him to a few people because I know they won't be disappointed. My family will forever be grateful to him for going out of his way to keep my husband from going to jail and missing out on our daughters upbringing.

Terrance is really good at what he's doing

Terrance is really reliable and responsible. He helped me to dismissed my case. He's knowledgeable and really capable of what he's doing. I really appreciate him to take good care of my case and help me get out of trouble.

Outstanding lawyer

My lawyer Terrance cheung, was able to me he me the outcome which benefited me the most against the misunderstanding district attorney. My case was misinterpreted theft in which I wasn't convicted of anything because their case against me didn't make sense. Terrance made sure his facts set everyone ...straight.
