Jason D. Cohn is a founding partner of Cohn & Swartzon LLP and a California attorney with nearly 30 years of legal experience, including almost 25 years representing individuals who have suffered catastrophic injuries and losses. A second-generation lawyer, Jason brings extensive litigation and negotiation experience to complex personal injury matters throughout California. From the firm’s offices in Irvine and Tulare, he represents injury victims statewide, with a strong presence in Orange County and the Central Valley.
Jason began his legal career handling complex business litigation before transitioning into insurance defense, where he defended catastrophic injury claims. This background gives him a valuable insider perspective, allowing him to anticipate and challenge the strategies insurance companies use to delay, deny, or minimize claims.
A cornerstone of Jason’s practice is direct attorney involvement at every stage of a case. He works closely with clients and personally manages high-level negotiations with insurance carriers and defense counsel.
