Thereafter, he worked for several years as an associate at a large law firm in Orange County, where he learned litigation, and obtained trial experience with civil (wrongful death and personal injury) and criminal jury trials all over Southern California.
Robert is admitted to the United States Supreme Court, the United States District Court Central District, the United States District Court Southern District, the California Bar, and is admitted to practice with alcohol importing with the Bureau of Tobacco Alcohol and Firearms, and is admitted to handle Trademark and Copyright filings and disputes with the United States Patent and Trademark Office. He is also certified as an instructor in Field Sobriety Testing and has specialized DUI training in the areas of breath testing, and blood testing.
Robert is also a published author with articles in newspapers, national magazines, and has been interviewed by ABC Television News, Radio BBC, the Washington Post, has authored two books, and has handled over 100 trials.
