Knowledgeable medical license defense
I was very fortunate to have Tsion Chudnovsky and Robert Weinberg represent me for an accusation filed by the Medical Board. They was able to negotiate a settlement that resolved the unfortunate matter with no action taken against me by the board. A serious potential disaster was averted. Ms. Chudnovsky assigned Suzanne Crouts to handle my BRN accusation case. Suzanne is a wonderful nurse defense lawyer that did a very competent job preparing me and conducting the nursing board hearing. She listened to my concerns and was very prepared. I Was Accused of a Serious Felony
I was very worried that my professional license and immigration visa could be in jeopardy. A good friend recommended Chudnovsky Law to me. Tsion and her team really came through for me. They acted quickly to develop a defense strategy and executed it. Her firm is very connected with the DAs and court systems and worked their network to resolve my case. She got the charges dismissed and gave me my life back! Her fixed fee wasn't the lowest I found, but worth every penny. Highly recommended!

Excellent nurse license defense attorneys
Unfortunately I got caught up in an investigation of opioid prescribing practices at a clinic I worked for. Tsion and Robert Weinberg did a great job defending me. After a months long investigation, they were able to get the matter totally closed with no action against my license. I give them the highest recommendation!

Got the charges dropped!
Ms Chudnovsky is an expert in courtroom defense. She was efficient at getting the district attorney to drop both charges. I liked how Tsion was always quick to answer questions. And I'm relieved for the resolution she got with no collateral damage. She also filed to seal the arrest record so I have a perfectly clean record.

Got my domestic violence case dismissed
I was wrongfully and illegally arrested by Irvine police department. I called the police due to a domestic argument that got out of hand. When police arrived my girlfriend lied, then they arrest and charged me with a felony 273.5 domestic violence charge. Had a different attorney worked on my case, I'm convinced I would have been convicted. Attorney Tsion Chudnovsky advocated hard for my innocence and presented evidence supporting my case. The DA finally agreed to not even file the charges, thank god! Tsion's effort in fighting for dismissal were unparalleled. I could not be more pleased with the outcome. Excellent criminal & immigration attorneys
I was arrested for a stupid crime and was very worried it would screw up the visa I am here on. A friend used Chudnovsky Law before and recommended I call them. Tsion helped me understand everything and really calmed me down. She explained all the immigration issues and totally picked apart the case. And after working on it they got my case dismissed!
