Sincere trust and excellent service

I hired George for an employee rights case. Throughout the process of gathering information and corresponding to the defendant, George was not only professional but also patient and meticulous when he communicated with me. Motorcycle Accident-Injury

Mr. Moschopoulos represented me in a case that was anything but a foregone conclusion. Even though I was the injured (plaintiff) party involved in a motorcycle accident in which I incurred physical injury and substantial damage to my motorcycle; I faced an unfavorable police report and an insurance c...arrier with a reputation for fighting any claims when the report favors their client. The California Highway Patrol's report was biased because there was no eyewitness testimony at the scene of the accident and my interview with the officer lasted less than three minutes and his questioning made it obvious to me what his findings would be. Mr. Moschopoulos took my case on contingency and represented me against a small claims court suit from the other party as well as assisting me in my own suit against the other party and his insurance carrier. Not only did Mr. Moschopoulos get me the most favorable settlement legally permissible under California law but he negotiated with the ambulance company for a greatly reduced amount as payment in full for services rendered to me at the time of the accident. My medical insurer should have paid this expense but stone-walled me with the excuse that they wanted to see what the outcome of my case would be. I commend Mr. Moschopoulos for the work he has done for me in this case and I recommend him to anyone with an injury accident in need of good legal representation. Great job!

Should Have Paid Him Triple!!!

George is one of the smartest people I have ever met in my life! This is evidenced in his criminal defense work which is the capacity for which I used George. I never thought I would ever need a criminal defense attorney and certainly never expected that anyone could be as dedicated to my case as he... was. George exhausted every possible approach to my defense to finally land on one with a very clever and quite unbelievable outcome. I am so happy with the work George did. He is a calculating, prudent fighter, just the kind of person that you want at your side when the chips are down. I felt that George's fee's were VERY reasonable. I spoke with several attorneys before retaining George and none of them appeared as knowledgeable which is funny because a lot of the ones I spoke with charged quite a bit more. George is a very caring person and consider yourself lucky if he is available to take your case!
