Biography
I have a passion for employee rights. I believe in the ethical practice of law, and focus on obtaining the best results possible for my clients in the shortest amount of time, realizing the stresses and emotional toll of litigation. At the same token, I believe that some cases have to be tried, and am not afraid of taking such cases all the way to trial. I pride myself in providing superb legal representation and being accessible to my clients at all times in order to ensure they are fully informed about the progress of their cases. I have recovered millions of dollars for my clients, while at the same time giving them a sense of justice over unfair circumstances.
In my spare time, I enjoy boating, soccer, and above all, spending time with my wife and son.

GREAT ADVICE -NOT YOUR TYPICAL CREEPY LAWYER
Though our conversation was brief I really appreciated how honest and straight to the point Marcelo was regarding my case. He gave me great advice and reasons to consider both moving forward with a lawyer and without. Jury is still out on which way I'm going but would consider Marcelo all the way.
