Contrary to the usual pattern, I started out doing complex litigation, including class actions.  Only later did I start doing personal injury and criminal defense.  I guess I like representing individuals who are actually involved in their cases, who need help.  I got into DUI defense after a DA friend of mine remarked that DUI is one of the areas of criminal law that can be the most interesting, given the technical complexity that has come to attend what is otherwise usually a simple misdemeanor.  I decided he was right.

Former Client Review
The Law Offices of Gordon Fauth took on my legal suit when all other means to settle my case failed. It was at the very last minute to submit the suit before the time expired. However, even though I had little information for them to work with they handled it very professionally and achieved results I did not think possible.

Our Cavalry!
I came across Gordon and one of his associates via the web. I called in the afternoon, forwarded to them mountains of PDF's and E-mails, and by the time we reached their office that evening, they were already well informed and fully ramped-up to deal with our case. My wife and I arrived to their office anxious and distressed; but left with a great sense of relief and confidence. It became obvious within the first few moments of meeting with Gordon that we were in very good hands. Gordon and his associate inquired as to our goals, discussed a strategy, and then like a chess master described with great accuracy the incremental steps that would likely follow. I have never worked with a professional that was as well-informed, ethically grounded, and client-oriented as Gordon. My wife and I were extremely fortunate to of come across Gordon. The representation he provided for us was stellar.

I met Gordon Fauth in 1994-95 when we were both studying at Boalt Hall, and we have remained in touch. When I had need of an attorney for my own case, regarding a contested LLC dissolution, I went to Gordon (who ultimately got the case settled efficiently and favorably). Incredible advocate
I have known and had the pleasure of working with Gordon Fauth for many years. He has ably represented an organization I helped found since 1994. His intelligence is extraordinary and his work product phenomenal, particulary at the rates he charges.
