Very Responsive

Mr. Fernandez did my case for child support and custody. He fought to get real proof of child care. my child support amount went down about 68%. If you send him emails he responds to you right away.

Great lawyer

Great family law attorney

I hired Abel for my family law case. He walked me through the entire process, was very responsive to all of my questions at all hours of the day, and got the results I was hoping for. I highly reccomend Abel for anyone going through a custody battle for their child.

Great lasyer

I hired Abel for a very heated case. He obtained a great result and was very efficient. He was the second lawyer I’d hired on the case and I’m very happy I switched to him. He was very reasonable with his fees and very well respected by my ex’s lawyer.

I could NOT have made a better choice!!!!

There were multiple attorneys I was looking at to assist me in my divorce and I made the perfect choice in hiring Abel. He is very knowledgeable about family law, extremely professional, fair, and affordable. He even allowed me to arrange a long-term payment plan to pay off his fees. Knowing how busy attorneys can be, I chose to ask the majority of my questions by email, and would often have a response by end of day, or by morning if I sent them at night. One experience that truly impressed me with him was during a telephone conference with my ex-wifes attorney. Her attorney started to get extremely rude and belligerent, raising his voice and interrupting Abel multiple times. I watched Abel maintain his composure and patiently point out to the other attorney how they were acting and that it was useless with him because he was not going to get caught in their attempt to turn the conversation into a heated one. He was able to guide our case to where the judge realized the fallacies of the other attorneys statements and I ended up with majority custody.

Highly recommend

I hired Abel a year ago, and through many children support rewrites and an ex who couldn't follow through with things to save his life, I am finally proud to have everything finalized. Abel was always fast with responses and answering any and every question I ever had, and affordable.

Very helpful Divorce Attorney!!!

He was very thorough and very affordable. Worked with us on payments and made sure my Divorce was amicable throughout via communication with both parties involved. He was able to represent both of us without bias.

Meh

Not aggressive. Allowed judge to let co parent get away with not following court orders and mistreatment towards child continued. No less timeshare or corrective action given to my coparent. This lawyer clearly doesn't want to speak for the interests of his client. He's more concerned with not ruffling feathers with the judges in Hemet especially. Steer clear of Hemet. It's full of corruption and collusion.

Abelardo Fernandez was a great disappointment, I was expecting a fighter and hired a diplomat. He advocated for my former spouse and did nothing for me. I ended up filing a complaint with the California Bar Association.
