Amy Elizabeth Martinez

Amy Martinez is a Senior Attorney in the Costa Mesa office of RMO, LLP. Amy’s practice focuses on representing beneficiaries, and professional and corporate fiduciaries (administrators, executors, trustees, conservators, and guardians) in contested trust, estate and probate litigation matters. For more than a decade, Amy has worked tirelessly to build relationships with clients by maintaining personal one-on-one communication that allows her to guide clients through the litigation process, which often is a new and unfamiliar experience for them.
